Anyone who is having extended service outages should call zito and ask to have your card taken off of auto pay. That was the only solution given to me after I asked about having my payment paused after the service was out for over a month.
This company will consistently give excuses like "your internet is undergoing maintenance"
No it's not undergoing maintenance at random times every week, your service is just bad. Easily the worst ISP I've had in this area. I don't even bother calling unless the Internet is out for a few days because I know it takes them forever to get a technician out to slap a band-aid on their issue.

Since leaving this review I've called the number in the response 5 times. I've had a technician appointment which they then never showed up to. I call back and get told the lines in our area are under construction with no ETA... So you're aware nothing works but you're not going to pause billing or anything? Also I took off work for a technician appointment and was never even contacted? What kinda crap business is this?
I contacted other service providers in our area and THANKFULLY fiber is coming to our area this summer so I can rid myself of this shitstain of a company.

Absolutely the worst I’ve ever had. Completely out probably 20-30% of days of every month, almost every full weekend included. Currently on a 40-day outage they’ve canceled 3 or 4 calls to come work on, get anything else.

20+ years with them due to no other options. Never satisfied with Zito. Outages all the time with not enough service people to fix. A Semi truck hit a pole down the road and Zito was out. When my bill arrived i contacted Zito asking for a 2 week credit for the previous month. They asked if my service was restored. NO its not and since a week into this month i would be calling at the end of the month for another credit.
They stated they could not issue a credit until the service was restored. I laughed and asked if they really expected me to keep paying $75 each month. Yes they said. I asked what if it is 6 months before service is restored. They stated they would then issue a credit. Well it wasnt 6 months...it was 2.5 months and when i called for the credit they informed me that they could not help with any credit older than 30days. They did however offer me a $10 credit. LOL. I told them to keep the $10 as it appears they need the money more that i do.Thank God Futiva finally arrived and allowed me to get rid of Zito.

Zito media is terrible, I do not recommend being with them, my grandma has been with them since 2009 and there are outages all the time, customer service is terrible as well because they have automated messages everytime they are out and you are not able to speak to someone. The internet is slow and always buffering, the only good thing about this service is the free calling from the house phone but it's an internet provider so the internet should be their first priority and it most definitely is not. Youd think all this time they would be able to fix the outages and how terrible the internet is but they cannot. This is why I'm giving them 1 star, if I could I would give them 0 stars to make people not choose this provider I would. With all of the money they are making they should be a be to improve all of these problems but I guess they don't want to and that shows where their priority lies.

Internet has been intermittently on and off for a week now in Waynesville, NC. Today I've been without internet nearly all day and several power cycles w/ no success. I called the company this evening and they refused to reboot on their end. They could not offer any solution. It's a shame since I am a top real estate broker in the area and will be counseling my clients that Zito is unreliable.

been with them since september 2024 and only staying with them until i move away from where i am in a few more months.

constant internet outages, speed throttling, poor customer service reps and AI services reps.

DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE.

The worst experience ever would never recommend them to anyone we’re supposed to come out and they did could not set it up. Said they were going to come the next day. Took off of work to be here. Didn’t show up called them. Wait two weeks still nothing but sent me a bill for $85 for having no service then my service worked for a day and a half and then was out for a week and then worked for a week but I still have to pay $59 will be disconnecting ASAP

Your customer service folks at your corp office are GREAT!!!
always helpful always friendly, I usually feel bad that they have to answer all these upset customer like myself because your internet is so BAD!!!!!!!!!
it works for a minute then goes down , works for a day then goes out for day, on and off so many times in a day I loose count.
I will be cancelling once again, just as I did back on 2022,,
I'm about done with the poor internet svc connections,,
