The item shipped that very day and I received the scope in just a few days. The scope was in perfect condition. Now, I just need some good weather so I can use it. I recommend Woodland Hills Camera.

This place is the absolute best! I come here to get my film developed, it is always ready in under 48 hours, it’s reasonably priced, and the staff are always so kind and helpful! I can’t imagine going anywhere else for any camera related needs.

What began as a birthday gift to my 11 year old daughter ended up in a serious relationship with Woodland Hiils camera shop. Amazing service. Caring sales individuals. Truly amazing owner. We managed to take these Astro imaging between my daughter and I. Through this entire Astronomy endeavor we came across a few issues with things not functioning properly here and there. These guys stick behind their product. The after sales service they have shown me is unreal. Because of this service I would never dream of buying a single thing online. These guys are family to me. Ordered a camera last week. Chose this store because they showed they had it in stock, at least they showed it on the listing, and when I was placing my order (showed 3-5 business days delivery). Just to be sure, after placing an order, I emailed them to re-confirm (chat wasn't working), they never responded. Emailed them today morning again - no response. Finally was able to reach them through Chat and they said there is no lead time from manufacturer for when it will be available.
So no proactive communication, no order status updates, no responses to emails. If I didn't reach out to them they would hold my money forever, I guess.
It is like dealing with a merchant from 80s

We had irreplaceable film developed here... everything about our experience with this place was a disappointing hassle.

We got an email stating that the film was ready to be picked up so I drove forty five minutes to pick it up, only to discover that half the film was missing and had not yet been developed so we had to make time for a second trip to go pick up the remaining batch.

They tried to double charge me when I picked it up even though it was prepaid, double charged us on tax...weird, messy, basic issues that an established business just shouldn't have. The worker who rung me out, Dallas, took a tone with me when I said it was prepaid. He said the tax hadn't been paid yet (it had) but I paid it anyway to avoid having to argue with him any further. When I called about the missing rolls, the person I talked to was completely disinterested in helping and all but hung up on me after telling me to call a different number in the same store. What an clunky mess.

When we reviewed the negatives, we discovered that several rolls were damaged because a processing sticker was incorrectly placed! Sloppy work by a careless employee who clearly isn't detail oriented enough for this kind of work - the appeal of film is that there are no do-overs and you can ruin someone else's work if you aren't careful. They gave us a partial refund and excuses...and no apology.

This place is an absolute nightmare. Clearly this is someone's hobby and not a business that anyone is trying to have taken seriously. Go somewhere else and pay more to work with people who know what they're doing and will treat you and your film with respect...or get a black garbage bag and some developer and do it yourself.

Truly an amazing place for photographic needs. My experience with Sam was very exceptional, as he is very kind and incredibly knowledgeable and talented.

I would recommend anyone to come here for digital and film photographic needs, as this store offers both, thankfully.

The store owner Farah is also very nice.
