I've stopped at a lot of distilleries on the Bourbon Trail. There's a few that really stand out, and this is one of them. Absolutely beautiful property. The lounge/bar area is very well done, and has such a great vibe to it. The bourbons are very well crafted, and you can taste it. This was only the third distillery that I was that was actually listed on the National Register of Historic Places, which is one of the things that make it stand out. The other two were also my favorite ones to visit. It's just something about that history, and the age of the buildings, etc.

Probably the most beautiful of all of the distilleries on the Bourbon Trail. The drive out takes you through some of Kentucky’s most beautiful horse country. The staff of the distillery is knowledgeable and so friendly. Take a tour or just stop by the gift shop and tasting room for a flight. Both are fantastic. The restaurant is amazing! The food is well prepared and the staff is friendly.

The barrel to bottle tour was the coolest experience ever. Jeremy was an awesome guide who had a ton of information about Woodford Reserve and the bourbon industry. Highly recommend requesting him for your tour. Your getting to go in the rick house and and tasting the different levels of flavor through the maturation process. Really cool!

Such a beautiful distillery in the hills of Kentucky! Wonderful tour with a very knowledgeable guide (Kauffman) and we loved the tasting at the end. Everyone was very welcoming and we will definitely visit again!
