La primera vez fue de las peores experiencias, a mi bebe con un mes de nacida le dio covid y llame mil veces a la oficina para comunicarme con su pediatra en ese entonces el dr.acker Peter y me daban como única opción dejarle un mensaje el cual él nunca respondió, nunca vio a la niña mientras tuvo COVID tanto así que a su segunda visita ni siquiera sabía que lo había tenido y eso que insisto en gracias a Dios no pasó a mayor y cambié de médico.

La segunda vez fue hoy cuando hace días me llamaron porque la doctora que me hizo la Sonografia no me mando a hacer un análisis que había que hacer, pues me dijo la persona que llamo que fuera hoy a laboratorio y cuando voy el front desk me dice de mala manera que no me pueden hacer la toma de muestra porque necesito un papel que la doctora tenía que darme y no me dio, que fuera el lunes donde la doctora. ( ósea yo tengo que exigirle a la doctora algo que ni siquiera sé que deben darme) y para colmo no hicieron nada para tratar de ayudar simplemente que me valla y vuelva cuando la doctora me pueda dar el papel, doctora que trabaja en ese mismo plantel y que se supone que todo lo relacionado conmigo debe star escaneado en mi chart! La única razón por la que he seguido yendo ahí es porque prefiero dar a luz en white plains hospital pero west med el 210 de westchester es inservible sus médicos y personal

Well I want to say thank you to the staff in neurology. I had a situation that took care of me. Catherine fell off Thursday night. Urethra was blocked. They looked at me. They got me back on my feet Friday. I don't want to get nobody in trouble but Dr. Busco deserves. Kisses. I'm only joking but he did. I like him to take care of me

I saw Dr. Channa Ovits, who is an exceptional dermatologist. There was little to no wait for a 10:15 am appointment. She was professional, friendly and competent. Excellent care at westmed in White plains. I'm so grateful I found her.

First time seeing the doc and she tells me that they were too busy, but there was a new doc at another Westmed who had no clients. The doc did my exam and again reminded me that I could go somewhere else! 😡. Then, I requested a medical note from this doc who told me she didn’t do that.

This is regarding the Ridge Hill location, I'm new there. So far pretty and convenient location but staff has been mostly unprofessional. Med Assistants and auxiliary staff need improved training. The doctor assures you the Assistants will take care of what needs to be done post visit, you get to reception and they're in deep with each other, and seem bothered when they finally acknowledge they're at work. There's no follow-up and if you try calling you'll get someone in the Philippines who asks you a ton of questions and it all goes in a circle.

Historically excellent. Now, not so much. After making an online appointment with a new Primary Care Physician, the appointment, for which I waited 3 months, apparently "fell off" the portal. I called the office (the person with whom I spoke was very polite) and they had no record of it. Next available appointment in 5 months. Decided not to make it. Not going to take a chance that it falls off again. Very sad.
