These clinic sucks never the care about the addict only the money we pay , also they should have a 5 minute grace., cuz if you late 1 or 2 minutes trust you going to be sick be are they don’t care to doze you for being late 2 minutes not 5 or 10 mins cuz they close the window in your face for being late 2 mins they won’t doze you then you go and do what you need to do to get well cuz metedone is worse than heroin and these people don’t care if you died overdoze cuz you sick and you didn’t get your medicine I give the one start cuz there is some good people like one lol

Kind staff and cool security guard, honestly I love everything about the clinic but the only thing I don't like is the harassment I have to always go threw from Glendale police department because they always decide to just drive by the clinic like 50 times a day and just whoever they see exiting or entering pullover just to search, and one thing that socks about Glendale is the officers don't care about ur rights, u can refuse to be searched or seized and they still will do whatever they feel like, so just keep a lookout if your a person like me that's known by the harassing officers of the police department in glendale!!!!

Initial intake took about 90 mins. Saw doctor same day. Started the program same day and medication same day. Keep in mind you need to call before you go in to ensure that the doctor will be on site for you to start the program. Clean office. Great hours! They accept medi-cal, they offer both detox and maintenance. You have to attempt the detox program first before you can get on MMT. They are fast and reliable. Hours Monday - Friday are 5:45am-1:30pm. Saturday & Sunday 5:45am-9:30am. Google gives the incorrect hours currently.

Sure it is a monitor by a doctor drug, but at least I know I'm not waking up in jail. So to anybody that is thinking about doing it try it for the 21day detox. If not for u then get off n go back to what u where doing.

In tranferring from my LA clinic to Western Pacific It quickly became apparent that this was not your average clinic. To begin with, rather than see themselves as another place an addict can go get methedone, they identify as a treatment center. This already sets them apart from the rest. They offer a clean facility in a working class neighborhood of Glendale NOT what I've come to expect from places like this. They provide private counseling and require their clients to participate in them. They demand punctuality and accountability but do so in order to help instill in their clients the real-life need to be responsible citizens and to take part in their own recovery. This is not a rubber-stamp facility...I had to show them that I was willing to comply with their directives, including in my daily interactions with their staff. They were evaluating me as a potential client and this alone tells me why their facility is clean, safe and in a decent part of the city. Their caring doesn't start and stop at the door either. They actively created a bubble around their facility where there are no drug dealers, drug users or anyone else preying on the vulnerable trying to find recovery inside. They really care and it shows...

I have been coming to western Pacific Medical since 2012. If you are tried of being on heroin or opiates or in a lot of pain. Then this is a good option but I recommend trying the detox program 1st. It worked for me . But they down side to that is that medi/cal doesn't pay for the detox program. Medi/call does cover the methadone matanice program. you have to try the detox program before you can get in the methadone matanice program . But don't recommend staying on methadone longer 6 months. Because people don't know that methadone is harder to kick the heroin by 100 times. So don't raise your methadone dose past 40 mg . Or no rehab will except you if you are over 40 mg. So methadone does work. But in the end your still using cause methadone is a opiate . So it's like really replacing one addiction for another. Only you know what works for you in the end.
