I could not recommend Dr. Leiah and the wellness MD spa more! She is not only helping me on my weight loss journey, but I got sick recently and she helped me battle through that with a tele-health appointment and treatment plan. The Office Manager, Kara, is wonderful as well. She listens and provides helpful suggestions and is positive and uplifting. This small team has been supportive and encouraging. And the cherry on top is that I am losing weight!

I would highly recommend this Wellness MD and Med Spa. First Kara the office manager is very helpful and professional. I saw Leiah NP very easy to communicate with. She listens and really cares about her clients. She is very knowledgeable about the products they offer. Also Dr Spence is a great physician; I have known and worked with both of them for years.You can definitely trust them with your health/wellness needs.

I was stuck where most people are doing the right thing's; eating right, drinking water, upping my exercise routine but I hit the dreaded plateau. My doc prescribed medication to try that my insurance company denied month after month. I see Leiah and I’m so happy; she is professional and cares about my progress. Cara is always friendly and supportive, you can connect with her right away. Currently with Wellness MD and Med Spa’s help I’m 3 weeks in and almost lost 10 pounds.
