Had a doctor's appointment in this building. They have done some nice upgrades to the public parts that I noticed in this one building. There's plenty of free parking spots around the building with handicapped parking available as well!
I "installed" flooring throughout each of the 3 office buildings at Watterson towers, AKA, Watterson towers business park offices, throughout my career! Probably replaced the flooring several times in many of the units throughout the 3 buildings. Installed carpet, tile and base in the ENTIRE top floor of the 5 story building within 1 week. I remember it well, because we had to boom the rolls of carpet up and in though a 5th floor window early Monday morning years ago. The job foreman (superintendent) Roger was flipping out because he said it HAD to be done by Friday and my contractor KV Flooring had sent only me and my 1 helper to do all of the work. Roger was expecting and pretty much demanding a 12 person crew because of the short time to turn the job over. My contractor, KV Flooring, owners Dan, Ron and their salesman, all GREAT GUYS, assured him there was not going to be any problem with me installing the job and completing it "on time!" Come Thursday about noon, I was installing the base throughout the entire floor and the foreman came in yelling, "woah, woAH, WOAH! The walls haven't been painted yet!" I told him, "I thought it had to be completed by Friday!?" Then told him, "his painters could cut to the base!" 😂
My contractor got a big kick out of this 2 man flooring installation team knocking out the job a day earlier than required, when Roger wanted 12 men doing the job from the beginning.
Not many floor techs, then or now, put in the hours or hard work I strived for continuously on EVERY JOB!
The "Legend," "Easy money" and "Gravy" all 3 became irritating monikers for me from several "floor layers," salesman and contractors! I'm the difference between a "flooring installer" VS a "carpet layer"! Take pride in your work here in America! Dave E. Retired owner/installer of American Installation's

Parking spots are absurdly small, and security often takes up the best spots. Lots of foot traffic through the lot, not just the employees and visitors. Often razor blades on the ground and sometimes other unsavory items. However it is in decent proximity to plenty of places for food/gas/convenience. Its break areas accessible to the public are decent and the restrooms are generally kept pretty clean. The custodial crew does a fine job.

We went to see a lawyer they were good. The building was nice. They have a restaurant on the first floor that makes the whole building smell absolutely delicious I did not have time to eat that day but I will return to check it out but I probably could not work in the building because they would be cooking me food all the time.

We recently moved to Watterson Tower after 30+ yrs in another location. We LOVE our new office space. The wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows fill the space with light & offer lovely views. There's a YMCA gym on site, as well as a barber shop, snack shop, and small restaurant that serves snacks, drinks, and lunch. The free parking is another boon, although you may have to park FAR from the building because the lot is so huge, & the close spots fill up fast. The building manager is friendly and responsive, a nice change from our previous location. I have a feeling we'll be here a long, long time.

I went to the Lee's Korean restaurant in Watterson Towers. It has spacious parking spaces including handicapped parking areas. The Lee's restaurant carries different varieties of authentic Korean foods and my family and I enjoyed it very much.
