I have had a phenomenal experience with my grandparents at this nursing home. Always feel warm and welcomed by the staff. My grandparents always tell me how well taken care of they are. There are many activities and recreational events for all the residents to get involved with. I have been very impressed with how well the management has been during COVID times. I know my grandparents are safe and being well taken care of, highly recommend.

Our baby has been cared for with warmth and dedication. Although she can not do anything for herself, and is on a vent, the staff works to keep her stable, and her respiratory care is excellent. Skin care is very thorough and she has had no skin breakdown. Medical crises are handled appropriately. Visitors are welcomed at any time, and administrative staff is available .

My stepson was there , very understaffed and the place is extremely filthy you would think for a pediatric rehabilitation center they would do a better job at maintaining a clean environment. Kids are always unattended and the nurses will give you attitude when you have a concern. My son kept getting sick so we had to leave that facility and transfer him to a much better site. I don’t know how this place is still up and running, they will lose the personal belongings you leave for your loved ones and they will have respiratory equipment dirty, easy for any baby to catch infections. Don’t recommend at all

My baby has been at Wanaque since last September, there's nothing negative to say and no complaint as well. The staff there treat my baby as well as other kids as there own. I'm very pleased with the entire staff,CNA, PT, RT, Nurses, Doctors,OT, ADON and the administrator. They do care for the children and their needs, in fact they go extra mile when it comes to the kids. Staff is always attentive to the needs of those kids. I can honestly say everyone cares and loves the children there. May God Bless you for all that you are doing for those children .😘

All I had to do was walk through the door and speak to the quite unsavory people that worked there, that I knew I would never leave a friend or family member in the care of this facility. Was not clean and a foul odor stung the nostrils as soon as I entered. Also watched the staff not tip a pizza delivery boy then joke about it after he had left. Just a weird environment, not somewhere you or anyone you care about would want to spend any time in.

I had a very bad experience. They are very understaffed and poorly trained on the 3rd floor. Jeff c. is such a good nurse though. It's too hot so I don't know why the garbage cans don't have lids. They need a new lift even 2 because that lift they used for me made me nervous they would drop me. Dayshift has alot to do so I didn't get washed until 12 or 1 mostly. I cried to leave early and I did. I feel sorry for the patients that cant leave. I would never send my loved one here. Maybe the other floors are better . They have too many patients for 5aides. The nursing supervisor Linda evening shift put a suppository in my private part instead of my butt why. I don't understand. I was just so emotionally hurt

The Administration and staff need to be commended for the way they care for the residents and children at this facility. They truly go above and beyond. I travel to many facilities across the country and this place has always stood out to me. Keep it up!

My friend literally has been feeling neglected and been forced to take meds they didn’t need for extra money. It’s a hell hole of a place and the staff is awful. The high reviews are from old staff. The new staff is terrible. Do not talk you family here for they will come out more damaged than you left them.
