Let me begin by expressing my gratitude to the nurses and staff for letting me express my frustrations after I had waited 50 minutes to my appointment. I was told to be there 30 minutes prior to my appointment at which I was, I was taken back 20 minutes past my appt time. When I had made the appointment I let the staff know that I had an appointment after and I would need to be seen on time. I was informed that the first patient was a half hour late, only after I was brought back. I am in the medical field and if a patient was late then they would be rescheduled or would be asked to wait. I would never make the patient that is there at their time wait.People have schedules and should be seen accordingly. The staff were all lovely people and I believe this lies in how they handle patients who are late.

My hubby had an MRI today at the Virtua Health & Wellness Center in Voorhees. Everyone he encountered (registrar Lauren, care team Eileen & Shannon, and Dana & Natalie in the MRI suite) were amazing to him. He said everyone was friendly and helpful but the thing that impressed him the most was how gentle they were. Great job Virtua!

Hats off to the MRI team who serviced me at Virtua's Health and Wellness Center on October 28 and 29. That team consisted of Lauren, Fouzia, Shannon, Kelly and Lisa.

I actually went to the Wellness Center for a blood draw since the Virtual Hospital Complex (including the Wellness Center) is close to our home and very accessible. I was unaware that the Wellness Center now offer T3 MRI's on the same floor as the blood draws. When I learned this was the case, I scurried down the hall to schedule an MRI appointment since I was over due for the testing. I assumed they would not be able to accomodate me for 30 days or more because three MRI's had been ordered. Instead, the Registrar (Lauren) went out of her way to accommodate me. After making a few calls she was able to schedule me as a "walk-in" for two of the three MRI's within thirty minutes of my arrival. I was escorted into the MRI staging area (assisted by Fouzia and Shannon), administered a PICC line by Nurse Kelly and completed my first two MRI's under the direction of the very personable MRI tech (Lisa) who made me feel like I mattered (as did the rest of the team).When I completed the two MRI's I was advised the third could be completed the following day. When I appeared the following day, I was treated with the same efficiency and courtesies I experienced the day before. On both days, Lisa (the MRI technologist) went out of her way to assure I was comfortable. She offered me a warm blanket before I was loaded into the MRI which I gladly accepted since the process is rather lengthy. She gave me earplugs and headphones and offered me the choice of watching a movie or listening to an FM station. During the previous MRI testing I had (dating back to 2009), watching a moving had never been an option so I decided to give it a try. After I was loaded into the MRI I realized this was a mistake because I can't see without my glasses and you can't wear your glasses while undergoing an MRI. Fortunately, I selected a movie with a noisy soundtrack (Jurassic World). This provided some distraction from the annoying submarine sounds you hear while undergoing an MRI. Needless to say, I opted for the music when I returned the following day!

Thank you Virtua for hiring the MRI staff that serviced me on the second floor. They are all deserving of praise for the attention they provided!

I am fortunate to live close to Virtua's Health and Wellness Center in Voorhees, NJ. This is because they now offer most of the diagnostic testing ordered by my medical providers in one location. This allowed me to me to get blood draws ordered by two different doctors and the two MRI's on October 28 and a mammogram and my third MRI on October 29. Even more of a benefit was provided when the results of my blood draws, MRI's and mammogram were posted on MyChart at Virtua and Penn the day after each procedure was completed!

The service provided has been outstanding, not to mention the convenience!

This is my second time at Virtua's Radiology and Imaging for an MRI. Everyone: Christian, Monica, Emelie, and especially Dana were great! I felt comfortable and at ease for my two MRI's.

Each and every time I have studies done at this location, I am amazed at the staff. They are always polite , professional, understanding, considerate and go out of their way to help where needed.
My registrar was Kayleen. She was very attentive and helpful. My ultrasound tech was Courtney. Courtney said she was new to Virtua but seemed like a veteran employee.
It was a pleasure to use this facility.
