Villa Musica is nothing short of community-changing, with its outreach to underserved areas and many community programs and events. We have nothing but great things to say about our daughter’s teacher, Flavia, and the entire school! Bringing fun to the learning process of singing, rhythm, breath control, reading music, etc. It has really been a transformation for our daughter, not just musically, but with her confidence and communication. I teach for Villa Musica, and I love it!

The main site is wonderful - excellent staff, professional and fun teachers, great facilities, lessons and classes. Everyone is really happy to be there!

Most of my work is with the Community Outreach programs. In short - Villa Musica sends teachers like me to different schools and community centers to teach music. I teach violin classes at Our Lady of Guadalupe elementary school, and violin class at the Logan Heights library.

As an employee, I love how I'm treated by Villa Musica. As an educator, I love the efforts we put into spreading music education, and the high standards for the quality of the education itself. Kids love the teachers, lessons, and classes!

Villa Musica has something for everyone. Private lessons, classes for kids and adults, ensembles and summer camps. The non-profit center also provides music education for under-served communities. I play in the flute ensemble and we have a blast each week reading flute choir music and improving our skills. I highly recommend Villa Musica for children and adults who want to participate in music making. No audition required!

I love Villa Musica. I have been a member of the community chorus for more than 4 years now and still enjoy my weekly singing break. What a fun group! Unpretentious and accessible to everyone. Fiona, chorus director and founder of Villa Musica is a lot of fun and energy. Their music education program reaches out to underserved communities, retirees and adults. The location is really convenient for anyone working in the UTC/Sorrento Valley area. Villa Musica has become a significant landmark in the San Diego Music Education Community. Check them out!

What a wonderful place for children and adults to learn music AND be a part of a rich musical community of guitarists, pianists, violinists, cellists, percussionists, clarinetists.. and the list goes on. Plus they give need based scholarships!!!
