I want to say I’m happy with the tool rental. It worked as expected.
The CHARGE for gas I didn’t use was out of line. I only used the gas that was in the tiller. I didn’t even use that up. They charged me for returning a full gas tank.
Otherwise, very nice people.

The guys at VHR are great— always ready to help. I rented lawn equipment and the throttle cable snapped somewhere inside the casing while doing the groundskeeping work. I called VHR and they brought a replacement piece of equipment within the hour. Super service!

Had to rent a auger to install post in ground. They had it in stock and price was great. They took the time to show me how to operate it properly. It worked perfectly and saved a lot of time an energy installing 4x4 posts. I have rented stuff here before and never had a problem. They are my go to store for rental and GREAT hardware store also. Good assortment of stainless hardware and regular nuts and bolts.

Excellent company!! I rent equipment for my business and gave VHR a try once instead of the big national groups. Steve was very accommodating and they had awesome prices. Extremely helpful staff. Went in to purchase new chainsaw. They were knowledgeable about the product and easy to talk with. Tested the chainsaw and did the initial warm up before I left to make sure it was set properly. I would recommend them for anyone looking to buy Stihl products.
