It’s finally nice to find an eye doctor where everyone is genuinely friendly and takes the time to answer all your questions. The office is clean, well-organized, and equipped with the latest technology, which made my visit smooth and efficient. There was absolutely no wait time, which was a pleasant surprise! They also have a vast selection of stylish frames at great prices, making it easy to find the perfect pair. Plus, the convenience of a parking lot is a huge bonus! Verona Eye Care Center is a wonderful practice for many reasons. They offer evening and weekend appointments, and I’ve been able to schedule last-minute appointments when needed. I always receive excellent care with thorough exams and follow up. The front desk staff is also wonderful, helpful and friendly. I love that they offer a wide selection of frames in all different styles, including high-end designer frames and more affordable brands. I highly recommend this practice. I give them an A+ for everything they offer!

Best eye care experience I have ever had! I have been going to Verona Eye Care for the past six years and have been so impressed with how personalized the care has been. Dr. Vecchi is highly professional, very responsive to my questions, and always gives me a clear road map of how best to care for my eyes. The staff is warm, kind and readily available, whether over the phone or in the office. Everyone always goes above and beyond to assist. Very grateful for the wonderful care I have received!

The best eye care team! I had an incident at work where i burned my eyes from light. I called to make an appointment and i was seen the same day. Had 2 more follow up appointments and with each appointment my wait to see the doctor was under 5 minutes. Doctor was very professional and within one day of treatment my symptoms started to subside. Front desk greeted us very nicely and accommodated us for each appointment. Was in very good hands, very strongly recommend verona eye care!

I have been seeing Dr. Shrayman for a few years and highly recommend! She talks you through all the details about what is going on with your eyesight and what the plan is to treat. My eye sight has improved and I no longer have headaches since seeing Dr. Shrayman. Also, the stuff is super helpful, very nice, and patient when helping pick out new frames!

Would give ZERO stars.
Horrible customer service.
The girl at the front desk sounded so snobby.
I called ahead of time to reschedule an appointment and she tells me I have to pay $50 fee to reschedule.. . Ridiculous. She goes “well I’m just going to put in the system that you owe us $50 before your next appointment”, Nothing but sass. When policies are not explained but enforced as soon as they get a chance to get money for no reason that’s when they’ll speak up. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Honestly so disappointed, I highly suggest you DO NOT come here.
