We are a keep full customer and they haven’t filled up since January. I called today and they were at our trailer park today and said we were full when in fact we were empty. They said they will not come out again until next week. What kind of service is this! Not good at all! I never leave bad reviews but the customer service was so bad, I have no other choice.

First let me preface this by saying, it's just me and my husband in our 5th wheel and from December 7th last year-January 31st this year, it was just my husband when he was there after working 12 hour days and he was at our home with me for the holidays from Dec 20th - Jan 3rd.
With that being said we had our tanks filled 11/14/23.
We have two tanks here are the specs:
Riverstone 39RKFB 5th Wheel
Propane Tank(s)
Number Of Propane Tanks
2
Total Propane Tank Capacity
18.9 gal.
Total Propane Tank Capacity
80 lbs., we were charged for filling 13.8 gal at $4.19 for a total of $57.82 with tax $63.68 (per the receipt I was given). That's not even enough for one of our empty tanks let alone to add to topping off the second one as promised.
We completely ran out of propane LAST NIGHT (2/2/24), someone explain this to me, how it is we have no propane after 80 days and let me explain, we cook majority of our meals outside on the grill or Blackstone to not have all the food smells inside, we do not use our furnace regularly when it's cold( it's been turned on maybe 4 time all winter and only for few minutes in the morning), we have space heaters, a fireplace and heat pumps and for the past almost 2 months(55 days) my husband has been the only one there, and he's gone majority of the day for work and is only home to eat, shower and sleep and half the time if I am not there, he will eat out. There is NO WAY both tanks should be bone dry from a fill in November. We went from March 23, 2023 to July 11, 2023 on ONE TANK before having to switch to the other one to use it so how from 11/14/23 to 2/2/24 we went through them BOTH and we were both away from the RV in December so everything was closed up and turned off. My husband and I agree, our tanks were either not filled properly or to capacity, the couldn't have been. Forest River does not provide gauges on their RV propane tanks to show the tank levels so we have to rely on who's filling them to be honest and actually do their job. In this instance we don't believe that was done, its not feasible to have used both tanks in less than 3 months when we've gone almost 4 months on one. Poor quality propane at a premium price? Perhaps. They filled the one we just switched to and not the one that was empty considering it's an almost 20 gal tank and was empty but we we're charged for 13.8. Or we got a receipt for someone who's tanks were actually filled with my name on it and my card was charged, who knows. What I do know is thank GOD we have a back up smaller tank for today and we're going to Tractor Supply to fill our tanks to last us the next 8 months as they should. And the only reason for 2 stars is the lady that got us scheduled in the beginning was nice and helpful, however we will use another company or do it ourselves to fill our tanks from now on. I need to trust the company we're paying and right now I do not trust Verde Propane to do their jobs properly. I do not feel we were given the best service possible and we paid for something we didn't fully receive.

Crazy just how ignorant people are. Lizzie who left a review clearly knows nothing about propane. All propane comes from one major source. Quality of the product is same across all suppliers (unless something super unlikely in the universe is happening).
Her crazy rant makes absolutely no sense.
People for the love of God, please get educated before your mind fires off stupidity.

They came and delivered propane the first 2 times I asked. Then never again. No contact, no emails returned, never answered their phone, no response to requesting weekly service. Nothing. Will find someone else. You should too.
