Feeling frustrated with this pharmacy's decline in service. Where did the professionalism go? What happened to being nice to people? Or taking a min to make sure things are done properly. Last couple of times I had to deal with this pharmacy has been stressful. Used to be a great pharmacy but is now going downhill. Very upsetting.

Great staff, plenty of great things to buy that aren't medication, and a decent parking lot. The only problem I have is I've been parking on the street since I didn't know they had a lot due to no sign. Other than that, I have nothing but good to say about them.

Brian Pinto is the rock star of pharmacists. He has helped me place my Part D Medicare coverage, saving hundreds of dollars. His pharmacy runs like a well oiled machine. RX’s ready right away, renewals scheduled automatically, text alerts, a great functional website. I have been to others ( talking about you, Walgreens) and they don’t compare. Can’t say enough good things about Tiffany Natural Pharmacy. The best.

Tiffany's is the BEST pharmacy in Westfield and possibly Union County. The owner is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and will call you back personally ASAP if you have a question or concern. They accept all insurance plans, and if you do not have insurance they will work with you to get the BEST price available. Unlike the major chain store/pharmacies, Tiffany's will take care of you, they will make sure you are doing well, and do not treat you like a #.

I have been going there for years and will NEVER go anywhere else. I could not recommend this pharmacy anymore, they simply are amazing. Every single member of their staff is hands down amazing and treats all of their customers with absolute 100% courtesy and respect. The technicians and staff are far above and beyond the level of any big chain store.

I love Tiffany's, like I said they are AMAZING, their staff is INCREDIBLY awesome and will do everything the can to take care of you and your family. The have kept my family and I happy, healthy, and in return we will always be loyal customers and recommend them to everyone we know!

I brought a music box priced $49.99 dollars marked on bottom of music box to front desk along with its cardboard box. When the items a prescription, birthday card and music box totaled nearly $100.00 I asked why? The clerk said the music box was $89.99 which was marked on bottom of cardboard box which I did not see because the music box was sitting on shelf and I saw the price on bottom of music box. I requested to speak with manager who confirmed the price was a mistake on the music box and the “real price” was $89.99 and refused to honor the price on the music box. She also said someone might have changed the price on the music box! Unbelievable!

Rude pharmacist must of forgotten she's in the customer service industry. Although she was partially correct on state laws requiring a prescription for syringes she mistakenly assumed that laws on syringe sales without a prescription only applies to 31 gauge insulin syringes. Per nj law a pharmacy can sell up to 10 insulin syringes. This law was passed to help reduce the spread of HIV related diseases. Regardless of the fact she had a nasty demeanor when challenged on it which was unnecessary and uncalled for. She doubled down when I expressed my dissatisfaction with her standoffish attitude and she proceeded shoo me away telling me to go to another pharmacy. She needs to remember that we the customers aren't there asking for handouts or asking for favors. Customers are shopping there by choice not necessity. I used to drive 20 minutes out of my way because of the great customer service I've received here in the past but will not tolerate the disrespect when there's so many other friendly businesses to choose from.
