The Overlook is fantastic! Convenient to everything--shopping, Kroger, and Cincinnati are all just 2 minutes away. Apartments are well maintained and quiet, the office staff is friendly, and maintenance is always on top of things. They did a terrific job keeping the streets clear of the January snow. Highly recommend!

Our apartment flooded due to a sprinkler pipe bursting. They told us we wouldn’t have to pay January rent and we could break our lease. As of 1/11/23 we turned our keys in and it still says we owe them over $1,000. No one will email us or call us. We are being completely avoided. Whatever you do stay away we have had the worst experience as the pipe bursting was their fault and they will not do ANYTHING to help us or give us money back for the days we could not live there.

My husband and I moved into The Overlook a few months back. We are very pleased with our apartment. The amount of space in our 2 bedroom/2 bath is great. The natural sunlight and fire place is a bonus. And the view of Cincinnati? Absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommend this apartment complex to anybody that wants to be near the city. Great local restaurants and pubs very close by. Being a part of the Ft. Thomas community is amazing.

Highly recommend the Overlook! Maintenance came within 1-2 days of request and never left without solving our problem. Management was approachable and available when needed by phone. Great price for the large space. Quiet atmosphere that is still in close proximity to any store you can think of. We loved our time here!

I’ve lived at the Overlook for about two weeks now and absolutely love it. Best view in the city, management is great and the maintenance team is incredible. The move in process was completely painless as well.

The five years that I resided at one of the properties, I found the staff at BRG to be efficient helpful and kind. I only had positive feedback and quick responses when a maintenance issue occurred. Honestly would highly recommend to anyone looking for housing. The apartment complex was spacious clean and the grounds were well maintained. I found that the portal to pay the rent was extremely user friendly. Overall a 5 star rating

Best apartments I have lived in!
I love the beautiful view of the City, and being able to watch the Reds fireworks on my patio every Friday is so awesome! You won't be disappointed , very nice apartments with an amazing view !

Affordable, great location, and very nice for the price. Apartment complex is mostly quiet and very friendly. Maintenance has been prompt in my experience, for 2 issues to date. Management has also been very nice when contacted. Overall my wife's and my experience has been wonderful and would recommend.
