Very efficient process. But please, you know someone typically waits for patients for two plus hours, evidenced by the grouping of the chairs in twos. But the wait area looks like a bus station. Hard chairs. No coffee or water. Please be considerate of family and friends who wait for loved ones who are undergoing an arduous procedure under anesthesia for hours and modernize the waiting room with comfortable furniture and plants and a few amenities, even for purchase. Thank you

The staff was very pleasant and thorough from front desk to escorted exit. Smiles and patient individuals seemed to await me. Unrushed, I
felt "safe" knowing the entire team for my procedure was knowledgeable and well trained; seeing they had obviously performed their part "many" times. It is unbelievable how many procedures are performed there daily. Why wait? You'll just go in; lay down and (when you awaken) start to say "will you be getting started soon?" It’s over. That easy ! I must add the pleasant staff made my experience memorable. I love to meet "genuinely nice" people.

I had my first procedure at the Endo Center a couple of days ago. I can't say enough about the pleasurable experience that I had! Everyone that I interacted with, from the moment that I walked in the door to the time I left, was phenomenal! February 3rd was the first time having this type if procedure. I felt comfortable immediately upon arrival. Check in was quick, and each step was well-orchestrated and swift but not rushed. All the nurses, doctors, and techs were professional, thorough, and personable, and the facility was clean - including the bathrooms. When the time comes, I will be sure to return, I will recommend the Endo Center to anyone without hesitation.

Clean, friendly, and efficient. Everyone was dressed in green for the upcoming Super Bowl. They welcome you to sign in, call you up to register, give your family a number to track where you are in the facility, and the wait was not long. You go back, get your gowns, and are taken to changing area that even has visual pictures to remind you which gown goes on first and which way. You get a locker and a key on a stretchy band. You then go to your bed. They have warm blankets if you’d like them. They nailed my vein for the IV on the first time! Everyone introduced themselves and tells you their role. They wheel you to your procedure. Your doctor is waiting. You take a good nap. You get juice and a snack when you wake up. You go home! Go Birds!
