There is no care in the world in this place you’re just another number. Waited for 1:30 for a 5min conversation with the doctor. Asked multiple questions about my current issue and answers were short and sweet, didn’t feel comfortable talking to the doctor anymore , it didn’t feel sincere so nothing was done. Got referred for another consultation in the same place with another doctor just so he can review my same medical information. Don’t waste your time and money. I don’t recommend this place.

Arrived at Quest Labs only to find script for PSA blood test hadn't been sent. Called Summit Urology Mt Laurel from lab to get it sent again only to be told that no assurance could be given as to when that would happen. Called again 1/2 hr. later to ask for confirmation. Rude representative interrupted me, spoke over me and didn't seem interested in my situation, and never got around to answering my question. Grade: F

First appointment after switching providers and I was asked to show up for my appointment 15 min early. I did and was told the doctors are behind an hour. Not a great start. After an hour plus of waiting and walked a very arrogant Doctor Who wasn’t the Thomas Mueller, who I attempted To book my appointment with. He proceeds to tell me that he is a cancer doctor and can’t treat the purpose for my appointment. And so not only did I waste an hour plus past the appointment time, the appointment itself served no purpose because apparently summit health puts zero effort into ensuring this level of stupidity doesn’t happen. This place is a chop shop. Total disgrace.

Terrible! As a dr. myself, I can warn everyone that the office staff (excluding the lovely lady that took me back and performed the
bladder ultrasound..i think her name was Kelly + the check out lady) is awful. Rude, obnoxious and careless. I checked in 8:49 for my 8:45 appt. After being processed and waiting for 20 minutes, i was asked to come to the front. Lady tells me I was late, they will be cancelling my appt and refunding my copay. Forget professional courtesy, there is zero for all! At my office there is a 15 min "grace period." After a little back and forth, staff realized that they messed up. I then waited another 20 mins. Brought back. Another person enters, her name is Udosia (or yodosa). Completely rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. She wouldn't last a day in my office. She wasn't asking the right questions. I understand they are one of the only acts in town, but I think i might be finished with this place. It's sad dr Keeler isn't better represented, your office staff sets the flow and mood; he is 5/5 stars

I would literally give a negative star if I could! You wait months for an appointment then the doctor runs an hour behind how can you be an hour behind when the practice opened 30 min ago but godforbid the patient late more than 15 min then you wanna wait the hour in your car and reception is rude AF saying they will cancel your appointment if they call your name and your not inside obviously I’ll wait inside as it gets closer to the hour your behind I already drove an hour to get here a lil courtesy and call the patient and let them know your an hour behind I cannot wait to they fix this problem so I never will have to come back here again!!!! Oh and it’s not only 1 location that sucks with rude reception it’s at least the 3 I’ve personally been to

Stay far far away. Don’t be fooled by the name change, it’s still New Jersey urology. They just change names every few years because of the horrible reviews. I was forced to use them after an emergency kidney stone. I had already had one bad experience before this and should have listened to my instincts. When I had a new urgent issue come up, I called about it and after the third day of not hearing from the doctor I gave up and went to urgent care for much better care. I’m still waiting 2 weeks later for my return call back from my urgent call….guess I shouldn’t hold my breath….do what I did and find a different urology practice!

Dr. Linden is fantastic! I had to have a kidney stone procedure done and he is very informative, knowledgeable, very quick to respond to any questions you have come up after your appointments. Zero pain the next day after the procedure. Highly recommend him!

This review is for the location at 2090 Springdale Road in Cherry Hill, NJ, NOT the Voorhees location. I could not find a way to review the cherry hill location. I had an appointment today at 1030a 10/18/2024 and I arrived 9:45a. I checked in and patients came in after me. They were taken before me, even though I was there first.
I inquired at the desk when I will be taken, and they said I'm next. Well, another patient was called in before me when I was told I'm next. I walked out of the office in disgust and never in my life did I walk out of an appointment. The staff at the Springdale location are very unreliable, unprofessional, rude, and do not know how to run an office. This review has NO reflection of the doctor I was scheduled to see. I than drove to the Voorhees location and spoke to someone and I asked to speak to a supervisor or whoever was in charge. I was DENIED that request and was told there is not a supervisor available. While at the Voorhees location, I made an appointment for the following week with the same doctor. I recommend DO NOT go to the Springdale Road office since you will be lied to by the front desk staff. I was told by 2 people I was next, and they took someone else instead of me. Disgusting how I was treated, and I hope someone in corporate see's this review. I do not accept being treated the way I was. When you call, keep in mind the calls go offshore and was told the phones do not ring in the office. I do NOT give my personal information to people offshore. Never.
