I cannot recommend this medical spa enough! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, inviting, calming, and professional. The variety of transformative services—massage, hot stone therapy, cupping, counter-strain, and chiropractic care—have significantly improved my overall wellness and stress relief over the past six months. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Garden of the Gods resort, every visit has truly been a healing experience.

What truly sets this spa apart is the personalized care I receive at every appointment. The team takes the time to listen, understand my needs, and tailor treatments specifically for me, making each session feel intentional and restorative.

The front office staff is incredibly helpful, especially in scheduling and accommodating changes, even during the busy holiday season. With such a wide range of services and flexible appointment times—including evenings and weekends—there’s no excuse not to try it out! Chanti and Yeda are simply amazing, and the results have been so phenomenal that I’ve even gotten my entire family involved in care with Strata Med.

I always tell my fellow school counselors and educators to check it out—you won’t regret it!

I have had acupuncture with Sterling several times. She is professional and wonderful! She has taken I to account my total health and not just my reason for seeing her. She has a calming presence that makes the entire experience so enjoyable. I have had work on my knees and my hands and I have definitely noticed a difference. Sterling is your person if you are looking for a top notch acupuncturist!

I have also been seen many times by Alicia for massage therapy. She is also wonderful to have as part of the team working on my body! She is very knowledgeable about the human anatomy and knows how to make the most out of the appointment time! I have noticed a huge difference in my pain levels as I have worked with both of these amazing professionals!

Horrible business practices! I missed an appointment for a massage for a valid medical reason. This business attempted to charge my credit card $150 without my permission for not showing up and was unable to get the full amount then charged me $75. Then months later calls me and tells me what they did and want me to pay the other half. When I explained to them I had a medical emergency their response was that’s their policy to charge and requested another card to charge. When I told them I don’t agree with this charge and was going to do a charge back on my card they hung up . Then a week or so later was informed that they charged my insurance provider the full amount after receiving half the payment and I now have to pay my insurance provider $225 ! This business is unethical & greedy I would recommend finding another company to do business with and avoid this business at all cost ! Your response does not change the fact that you are greedy charging $150 for a missed appointment ! GREEDY !

Strata Med is Amazing!! If you are tired and frustrated with the same old medical industry, and want to feel healthier and stronger in a more natural/functional way, I highly recommend Strata Med. From IV and massage therapy, to acupuncture and chiropractic care, the providers are some of the best in the industry. Not only are the medical providers top notch, but the entire staff actually makes you feel cared for as a human being. They take the time to smile, evaluate you as an individual, and only recommend quality services that you need. I rarely leave reviews on Google, but this place is worth 5 stars.

Thank-you Dr. Sterling. My 2nd Moderna Vaccination in March of 2021 triggered severe tinnitus in my left ear whose root cause was a previously undiagnosed Vestibular Schwannoma. After reading that some individuals with severe tinnitus achieved some relief after acupuncture treatments, I went to Dr. Sterling. At the time, I was not in a good place to continue to deal with the constant fire alarm level noise in my head. But, between Dr. Sterling’s acupuncture treatments and quite frankly her friendly and caring manner, I was able to return to a state of co-existence with my tinnitus. I previously benefited from Tinnitus Retraining Therapy and now have another complementary approach to deal with Tinnitus when it becomes overwhelming. I highly recommend Dr. Sterling.

I have a number of Orthopaedic Issues, to include a torn rotator cuff. I have sought help from my internist, chiropractic as well as other modalities to try to get the pain under control. After one session with Dr. Wells., The pain was significantly and movement in the joint was full range of motion . I highly recommend Dr. Wells and strata spa if you were looking to reduce pain and get full range of motion in your joints.
