Rt 73 is always clean as there is barely a wait to have a scan done. The first person you see is as nice as the rest. Never ever had a bad experience here and don't think I ever will.

Same day appointment. Customer service was perfect from setting up appointment over the phone to leaving. I can't think of one thing they could have done better or faster. Very well Ran.

The facility itself is fine. But was refused service for not paying deductible upfront. Didn’t need to pay all of it but I thought it was very insensitive. It’s not a situation where you want to be there but the get accosted at the front desk. The scheduler should have told me not to come!!

I took my daughter for an xray on her knee and hip midday Saturday 2/22. By midday Tuesday it still wasn't available to her doctor and physical therapist. Ironically a few months ago a relative had an injury and went to an urgent care and had the xrays on a patient portal before they left. Rte 73 is a nice location and the staff is friendly but in this instance I question their efficiency.

Have used this Rt 73 facility many times over the years. Large, clean facility with friendly staff and technicians. Respectful of appointment times, gets you in/out quickly. Doctors get results to all concerned in a timely fashion. Great place.

Always pleased with the service at SJRA. I was a “ walk-in” on Monday and there was no wait time at all. The Xray Tech was very nice and knowledgeable. When I was leaving the ladies at the Front desk said goodbye and Happy Holidays !

sat for an hour waiting for an xray with only 3 pictures.there was one other patient in front of me who had been there for a while before she was even able to get her own x-rays done. i was told multiple times that the patient in front of me was done and id be seen in just a minute. meanwhile they brought the patient out 10 minutes later and told them to wait for their results. apparently family members can visit the staff members while they’re on the clock and allows them to be distracted from their jobs and cause patients to have to wait for extended times to get simple scans and x-rays done. honestly could have gone to an emergency room and been in an out quicker with results. they didn’t read my x-rays due to being closed by the time they finally called me back to be seen so i didn’t even find out about any injuries until the next day despite being told that i would find out that night of my x-rays.
