House is nice but everything breaks so easily. Maintenance on the houses are poor. AC has went out twice in 5 months. When it does, they tell you that you're not a priority and will be there tomorrow morning. Outside temp 104F and inside 83F. I honestly don't believe I've ever put so many work tasks in for a home in 12 years... nice people, poor housing conditions.

UPDATE:
I was called after the review for them to check up on any issues we have. This yells me they check their reviews and care about what is said. The AC worker came out the next morning and fixed the AC quickly. This time, they did fix it when they said they would. After speaking about my concerns over the phone, they were prompt in ensuring me they want to ensure that any pre existing issues will be annotated and any new issues going forward will be taken care of accordingly. They took the time to speak with me about my concerns and understand them. They didn't offer excuses, but solutions on what they would do forward and the information needed. I appreciate them reaching out and squashing my conerns.

I have just moved out of soaring heights after living here for four years. I honestly have nothing bad to say. The management staff and the maintenance staff have really made my state amazing. I didn’t have any major home issues, and all minor issues were corrected expediently. The neighborhood was super quiet and nice and I had a great view of the mountains from my backyard. When I got my short notice orders Kelli was amazing at helping me get everything scheduled and answered all my questions. Today as I did my final inspection, Jennifer helped me with all my issues, answered all of my questions, and made what I thought would be super stressful super easy and pain free! Highly recommend!!!! I can honestly say I will miss my home.

Not sure where to begin, outdated water heater that gives out almost once a week, leaky faucets, ac that barely works and takes weeks to get fixed, and when it does get "fixed" it lasts one week then gives out again. But i guess 85 degress inside your house is within acceptable range in the housing offices eyes, even with a 8 month old child in the house. Had multiple events of maintenance just barging into my home unannounced. Wouldnt recomend living here based on my experience over the last 3 years, unless something drastic changes.

My friend and I truly enjoyed our time living in soaring height’s community. There were never any major problems but any general maintenance was handled very efficiently. They really care and made our inspection so easy. Special shout-out to Althea the leasing director and Kyle the maintenance director! Y’all are awesome!!

We’ve lived in our home for over a year now and have nothing but great things to say. Coming from an overseas base was stressful but our leasing consultant Alyssa Price made the transition so calm. We were in our home a few days after we arrived and settled in nicely. Since then we have gotten to enjoy various events that soaring heights puts on for the community and we absolutely love them.

I’m moving across the country and was worried about housing and temp lodging until I got in touch with Alyssa. I lived here for 3 years and literally have zero complaints. I was given a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage and fenced in yard for a little over $900. Although the exterior appeared dated, the interior was recently renovated and clean upon move-in. Anytime I contacted maintenance, my request was answered in less than 24 hours and repaired in no more than 2 business days. I had an issue with my neighbors letting their weeds get out of control, reached out to housing and the next day my neighbors were tending to their yards. Although I don't have kids, I have walked my dog past the parks and they were always clean and maintained. On that note, so nice not paying a monthly pet fee. Between Soaring Heights, the Club and the Oasis there is a heck of a lot more going on, on-base than off and it was nice just walking there and back. Lastly, after 9 PCS's, this was by far the easiest move-out; inspector was in and out in 15 minutes with no additional charges.

If I ever return to Holloman, I will absolutely, no questions asked live in Soaring Heights housing again. The price was at least half of what I would have paid off base and loved all the activities. Definitely recommend!

When I received a housing offer from Soaring Heights, I was out of town on a business trip. Needless to say, I was concerned about signing for a home without being able to see the condition it was in, or if I would even be able to secure the house within an acceptable time-frame.
Alyssa did a wonderful job working with me to alleviate my concerns by describing their housing inspections and procedures, and providing pictures prior to my signing the lease. She also checked for a home that would be vacant by the time I got back to reduce potential availability issues.
Finally, during the day of my move-in, Alyssa coordinated with the maintenance team to make sure anything in the house that had issues was addressed before handing me the house keys. I am grateful for her dedication, and look forward to my time spent with the Soaring Heights community.
