Came back to try their new location on 5th Ave, the new location is so bright and spacious with large windows facing the 5th Ave.

it’s very easy to make appointments based on my schedule. They specialize in sliming combine with chinese massage method and herbs. But they also offers just some treatments as well

I had a hydration facial following a whole body lymph drainage. Facial is very comfortable, getting my blackhead cleaned, micro current then the mask in the end. It’s very rejuvenating after the treatment.

The therapist is very friendly and skillful. They really know what they are doing and no up-sale during the treatment so you get to just relax and enjoy.

This spa has the worst communication I have ever come across. First it took them one week to respond to my appointment, and then they changed the reservation 2 hours ahead of the agreed time. While I arrived there, they actually don’t have anybody available for the treatment. Worst experience I have ever had among the many spas I’ve been to in New York. They have not only not shown any professionalism, but also just don’t respect customers’ time at all. Avoid this place at all costs, there are just so many other better alternatives in the city. PS: don’t fall for the 4.9 Google ratings, they probably offer price advantage in exchange for good reviews, as they tried to do the same with me. Unfortunately they are just not qualified even for the most basic work in any industry.
