I always have a great experience with them when I go. They take time to find out what is going on and run test if necessary. Then they get you going on the right track to getting you better. They are very professional and yet treat you like family!

I highly recommend HealthPlex Owensboro health urgent Care in Madisonville Kentucky. Whenever we cannot get into our regular doctors, we go to the HealthPlex. Friendly staff, little wait time, you're in and out, with details of what's going on, they're very persistent, and a clean environment. I appreciate everyone, every time.

Wait time is horrendous lately, I've gone 3 times in the last 4 months and 2 of those times I left after an hour and this last time I was just to sick and waited for a total visit time of 2 1/2 hours. Several People waiting ahead of me left which helped my wait time but others were coming in behind me, maybe they are short staffed or maybe they have scheduling restrictions which doesn't allow them to have enough people to move everyone along and get them out. Instead everyone just sits around waiting in clusters coughing on each other making it inevitable that in 2 weeks you'll be back with some crud that you caught the last time you were there😂

My visit at OMHS urgent care was exceptional. All of the staff were kind and attentive to my needs. My test results were explained to me and all of my questions were answered by Dr. Bob. I appreciate that lab and X-ray tests can be done there if needed. No need to go the the ER.

Staff was kind attentive and professional. The care was appropriate and a follow-up was scheduled that day, before we left and we were seen again in just two days. Because of the care and instructions given by urgent care the condition was already improved by the time of the follow-up visit.
