Awesome with my aunt today. They really showed her respect in family practice and X-ray area . Thank you all for your kindness you show to my aunt.

I would give 0 stars, but I do love my doc. Dr Farmer has been nothing but amazing. However, the lab and other staff here need some training in compassion and sensitivity. I am a hard stick and let the lab tech know...she basically looked at me like I was stupid and had the most condescending attitude I've ever seen. Acted like I didn't know my own veins and like she was just too aggravated to be at work. May have to consider a new doc if other services can't live up to his service.

Great place, friendly staff, Dr. Galloway is absolutely the best. He is the most caring and concerned medical physician I have ever dealt with. He takes the time to listen, and gives the positive and negative to every possibility. Would highly recommend her to anyone in need of medical care.

I have a great nurse practitioner ( Regina Sisk). She is always listening to what I say and she doesn't care to take the time to discuss the problem I may be having. She is a very caring person with whom I don't care to open up too. Plus Multicare itself has everything right there on hand... Lab, exray, and I've been told they have physical therapy also. I am very pleased with them🙂

Had an appointment with Physical Therapy on 12/3/19 at 8:30am. Due to road construction I realized I would be running a couple minutes late, so I called the office to let them know I was on my way. I get there at 8:41am (Per the clock behind the receptionist) and was refused services. Mind you the waiting room was COMPLETELY EMPTY! I asked to speak to a supervisor. In the time it took for a supervisor to come talk to me (waste of time) till the time I went to get on the elevator to leave, it had been 10 more minutes (8:51am) and STILL no one in the waiting room to be seen but me! Had there been other patients waiting I would have totally understood and just rescheduled.
I had been driving to Madisonville from Greenville for PT 2x a week for the past 3 weeks NEVER late, but have had to wait in the waiting room on THEM. Of all the visits I had, none of them had lasted longer than 10-15 minutes , maybe 20 on the initial visit to input info in the PC. So in the time they insisted on spending denying me the services they could have still fit me in and then had time to spare.
As a Massage Therapist I will definitely DISCOURAGE any of my customers from using this facility for Physical Therapy purely and simply due to lack of sympathy and understanding. My business is run on a schedule and appointment basis as well but never would I treat a customer like that ESPECIALLY if they were considerate enough to call to let me know they were running late.

Jeana Townsend, APRN is a Nurse Practitioner in Madisonville, KY. She listens intently and answered all of my questions. My last Dr decided she no longer cared so I found a wonderful professional In Jeana Townsend. I highly recommend her.

Always clean. Always nice peeople from the time you enter until you leave. I have a great dr.. Dr. Newcom. Compared to other pain clinics this one is ran very well!

Do not goto Dr. McGhee he is not concerned with your health or your pain. Was there Monday about migraines he didnt give me anything for the pain I told him that I havent had anything for my migraines for 2 month. He has been giving me fioricet and now has decided just to up and quit giving me anything. Called thurdays because my migraine was so bad the nurse called me back and said that midrin was now over the counter to take that. Could not find it called back and the nurse said that they dont keep up with that didnt know where I could find it. Told them I missed work today because of the pain still has not called me anything in for my migraines will not be going back to Mr McGhee.
