I went in for an xray. The process was very quick. Check in was very fast and with very little wait time before the technician was there to greet me. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Procedure was done professionally in just a few minutes. Results were posted in MyChart the same day. Wonderful experience.

MRI was done by very nice technician, very pleasant personality. She was efficient, made sure I was comfortable - gave me a cozy blanket, since it was quite cool in the hospital. I would have no problem getting any future MRI procedures done at St Elizabeth.

I had a very positive experience. Everyone apologized for my wait, but it was not a problem. I would want everyone to spend extra time on me if something was wrong. Each phase of what was happening was explained clearly. Everyone I encountered was extremely polite and caring.

Also asked me if I was comfortable laying across the table get ready to do the procedure She also told me that I would fill a warm sensation like I peed, but I didn’t. I was glad she told me about that. All satisfied with the CT scan and the way she was very professional. She also helped me up set up on the on the table.

I recently had a CT SCAN done at the Our Lady of the Lake Ascension Hospital and I must say that the associates were very helpful, there wasn't a long waiting period, I was in and out with the procedure. I had so much time left over that I decided to stop by the cafeteria to get some of their breakfast because it was smelling so good! I must say it hit the spot after having to miss breakfast because of the 4hr fast before the procedure. Thanks everyone for making this procedure a pleasant one!

Very much on time and very kind, was asked if there was anything that could make my experience better. I have no complaints. I was even brought a warm blanket when the lady at the front noticed I was freezing. Very pleased with my entire experience today.
