Pretty good for base lodging. Edit: after staying a few days, the internet connectivity is so bad that I can't get my work done. The walls are very thin, and the heating/AC is inconsistent. Reducing my rating from 5 to 2 stars.

Rooms are rundown and extremely dated, HVAC doesn't work, room had bugs, cleaning team didn't make bed or replace towels only took out the trash, room only had a single roll of toilet paper that was half used already, hours and staffing are also minimal (not 24/7 and single person working during daytime). Unless you are being forced to stay here, stay away

Great place to stay for the price. With a pool and a gym within walking distance and awesome hours. Clean rooms. The front desk was awesome. Very courteous. Even to the lady who was complaining just to hear herself talk. Good job Airman. Professional as expected. Kudos to you!!!

I arrived late now, the front desk person was very polite and had such a positive attitude. No matter how grumpy I was. She stayed very professional. My room was very clean and homely. Thanks for a great stay.

The only good thing I can say is that $60 per night is reasonable. But then, I wonder if it's really that great of a value. Bathroom fan runs continuously with no switch to turn it off; cold draft is unpleasant when showering. No temperature control for the heating system; Offutt Inns is afraid I might waste some energy so tough it out! Yet the hallway is cold because the main entrance doors don't seal. The tub drain is broken and you slosh in ankle deep water during the shower.

The three-bedroom TLF we stayed in the base housing area was very nice. It was clean and more than adequate for our family of seven. Plus, you simply can't beat the price. Hope to come through again someday and stay at the same place.

We stay at Offut inns one week every year. It's always clean, well stocked and the staff is so friendly and kind. Thank you so very much for making our stay wonderful and care free.

We stayed in temporary lodging when my family and I PCSd into Offutt AFB. They put us in a 3 bedroom house in the privatized housing area. One of the towels had did of what looked like blood and there were sorry tissues on the bathroom sink countertop that appears to have been used to work someone's backside. You would hope that lodging would do a better job of cleaning/sanitizing their facilities especially during this pandemic. Very disappointed, but not surprised.
