Mr. Kevin Seifert,

I have no idea who you are, but in the past 48 hours in my experience YOU HAVE FAILED. From where I am sitting you have not empowered your people to make decisions to satisfy a customers needs, questions. (I am not even sure you’ll get this because I merely guessed at your email address. So I’ll also post this on your Google Maps reviews.

As you can see I am responding Mr. Wilford’s email, my response was started while I was out and then I thought I’d just go ahead a put you in the loop.

I’ll see if I can document my horrendous experience with Nova Biomedical.

Yesterday at about 8 AM I called to ask some questions about your lactate plus monitor. I was transferred to someone who was a glucose monitor person. They had to transfer me to someone else that I believe is the lactate monitors technical person. I believe it was a female with a very heavy, I’ll call it, accent. I could not understand the person that was talking to me because the accent was so heavy. I left a voicemail message on this person’s phone and they called me back. (This person I presume a female was trying to say monitor and I was getting mirror. I asked 3 times and then asked the person to spell it).

At one point, I was transferred from a “dispatcher“ to another “dispatcher”. At this point, I thought I was speaking to the person I needed to speak to. Then they transferred me to someone else. I had finally gotten to Jose Collazo. Where he then informed me that he was not the correct person to speak to either. He then asked me to send an email with all my questions so that he could try and get them answered by the correct people, because he wasn’t the right person either!. (I will try and include that email in here somewhere). (Note: email is below)

After I get word that there is no such thing as a “starter kit” so that I wouldn’t have to order each thing individually. I put my order together and at the bottom left corner of the page (on your company website) it asks for a coupon code (see screenshot below of my computer). I call to see if all the time and effort aka frustration I’ve gone through, could I get a coupon code for a discount.

I get (I believe) (Heather: switchboard operator) takes a hand written message for Rebecca and also transfers me to Rebecca’s voicemail for me to leave a message. (this was around 11 AM, and I was told she had just stepped out for a little bit.) I had made mention that I had my order ready to go, and that I needed to get the supplies by next Tuesday for a test that I will be having. I never received a call back from Rebecca, so I called this morning to try and get the coupon code. Only to find out that Rebecca is also the wrong person for a lactate plus monitor coupon code discount. (This is per Rebecca on her finally returning my phone call). I believe she is the Manager of Sales.

I then try and get some resolution from your executive team and I get Ashen ?
(Again, difficult to understand this person due to heavy accent).

She then asks me to send her the Jose Collazos email. So I did and that’s where Richard’s email comes in. And of course you can see his answer…..y’all haven’t had coupon codes for years.

So, I’ll ask you, what do you think of my experience with your company? How would you grade your leadership?

Kirk Corsello

Richard,

This is just par for the course for this company!

If you would’ve done, even a little bit of research, you would’ve seen it’s on your own (companies) website is there at the bottom. It asked for a coupon code. If you all haven’t had coupon code in years, then shame on your web designer, and the people within your organization.

Here’s a screenshot of your company’s website with my tentative order. (Note where my finger is pointing to).

Everything I have gone through with your company is a plate glass window look at how disorganized and ill informed this company is.

Truly unbelievable to me.

Not your customer any longer,
Kirk Corsello
