I have been seeking counseling since I was a teenager. Place after place, I never felt heard or seen. Cheryl Headen is the best clinical counselor I've ever been to, and I've been in her care for 3+ yrs. She has helped me more than I think she will ever know. Through CBT, she has helped me understand negative thought patterns that were not serving me.. patterns I couldn't see my way out of alone, because I was alone and stuck. I feel like I have slowly but certainly bloomed over the last few years, and I'm now seriously considering a Psychology major to try and help people as well. She is passionate about her work, and if you're patient and willing to go through the motions, I believe you will find tremendous benefit from her counseling services!! Amanda Waddell is also amazingly receptive. She has helped me with proper medication management, as well as being a greatly enthusiastic and supportive person. These people have saved my life, and helped keep me going. I can't speak highly enough of them. 💜

I've went here for a couple years now. But I've had issues recently. I've been trying to be seen since beginning of March. Using phone call visits as I'm pregnant and stay nauseated alot. I'll wait around for the call, it'll never come. I've either been ignored, or rescheduled so many times. I call the office, they say they will email my therapist and call me back, which doesn't happen either. I'm starting to get pretty frustrated here.

The nurse practitioner Jennifer is amazing! She helped me so incredibly much. It's so nice to have a doctor that listens to her patients and takes your feelings into account when making decisions about your care. I'd recommended this office to anyone!
