Called Mile High for some help with some adaptors and spoke with Zack. Very patient and knowledgeable, walking me through what should have been in the box and was. Helped me understand my shiny new CCD and platform and the adventures that await me. I’m upgrading my filter drawer to accommodate the new CCD with what they have in stock.

Over the course of the past few weeks I've made 3 purchases from Mile High. Used gear. 3 eyepieces. Both ES 17 and 12 92° series and an ES 9 100°. All 3 eyepieces were exactly as described. Clean glass. Almost like new condition. Very pleased with the transaction. Shipped to me same day. Packaged well. Highly recommend.

When you're a kid and you wanna stargaze, you go buy whatever telescope target has. When you're an adult but still don't know any more about stargazing, coming to a store like this can be a bit intimidating.

However, whether you know a little or a lot, this place is full of friendly, helpful people to get you setup with whatever your goals and needs are. I was looking to get a good starter telescope for a Christmas gift and I didn't wanna spent too much or too little and I feel great about my experience and purchase again.

Also I feel like a kid again looking at Jupiter from my backyard and learning a bit more about this amazing hobby

I had a great experience purchasing my new telescope from MHA. I called to verify the telescope was in stock before I purchased online, the staff was very helpful and verified it was indeed in stock. I also had a great conversation with Zack who passed on some knowledge about eyepieces and future upgrades.

I will definitely be buying from them again when I upgrade my eyepieces and start learning how to do astrophotography.

Great astronomy shop! They are continuing to grow their product lines, but already carried some quality products, including Sky-Watcher mounts, Meade quadruplet scopes, Celestron Edge HD scopes, a bunch of eyepieces in 1.25" and 2", even beginner setups to get you started. And, of course, a bunch more.

The owner was really friendly, offering solid advice, and making sure to ask questions to point you in the right direction.

Overall, I loved this shop. I wish it was closer to me so I could visit again. (I'm sure my bank account thanks me, though! 😄)
