This lab location caters to blood work. It's convenient to me because it's like a 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk here from my home. Staff is attentive but at times can show they really don't want to be there. My wife comes here and on one occasion had a small dispute. The staff worker gave a brief attitude and when you work at places like this. Not the right attitude to bring to work. Since then, it's had been a relatively good experience. I guess it was just one of those days for her.

Been trying to get an appointment for weeks, phone was never picked up and voice messages not answered. I got frustrated and went there to try and make an appointment face to face, they were supposed to be open til 5 that day, I got there 4.15 and the office was closed, no note on the door or anything. Tried calling again while standing outside but the phone line was closed for the day. I will have to switch doctor and office before even having a chance to use this one. It's embarrassing

I don’t understand the reviews on this place. It’s Clean, Professional, And they are very nice, and care about you wholeheartedly. Is it Busy sometimes? Yes it is, but also understand that they have 1000s of patients here, not 100s, so be mindful of that, if they give you and appointment for far longer than you hoped. All the Doctors are amazing, I thank them for my good health.

The worst primary care visit I've ever had. TL:DR — better to go to urgent care than here, at best their negligent. Here's my experience:

1. I scheduled two appointments, neither of which they managed to actually book so it was on me to follow-up, show-up, and wait as a walk-in.

2. I was supposed to receive calls from the physician explaining lab results, I had to repeatedly call them in order for the physician to actually call me (we had an appointment by they were a no-show).

3. I received conflicting messages from the physician, who never called me back to clarify the miscommunications.

4. I had to go into the actual office to get my lab results, upon which time I was told that I never had one of the tests I needed done even though they'd gotten my fluid samples. Right as I was about to get a new lab they realized they had the results but for some reason had never given them to me.

5. Ultimately, I left their office with printed lab results which I then googled to be able to interpret because their physicians were not at all helpful or responsive.

6. Phone calls to them either go unanswered or voicemails ignored.

This office needs a serious overhaul. How you make a dr appt for the day only no time (first come first serve). Thats not an appointment it's a walk in. Office opens at 9, we were there at 9:45 but there were 14 people ahead of her. Then after waiting hours to be seen your actual visit takes all of 10 mins, 5 mins to tell you all labs were negative and give your a printout. Staff doesn't listen. They spelled my daughters name wrong despite them having copies of her ID and insurance card.After an exhausting debate they correct her name (or so they say) only to pronounce her name the way they spelled it (incorrectly). We wont be back here nor do we reccomend this place to anyone else. The convenient location was not worth the headache. Some nice staff but not enough for our liking.

On March 9th I was doing my green card medical exam at Medspan in Williamsburg and I cannot be more grateful to all the staff who helped me with that. Dr. Raoof is the sweetest person and the greatest doctor. She explained to me every vaccine she gave me. Her assistants were also very professional and with great attitude.
Also want to thank the nurse who was taking my blood that day and was the only person! who were assisting all the patients on the floor. She was doing her job really fast, precise and she had a great energy also.
After all I had a great experience , my results came really fast and it was easy to contact the medical center.
Professional people and the place to do your medical exam in our neighborhood!

Worst office ever, met with Dr. Romeo and after being cancelled on and rescheduled for 3 weeks later they now never answer the phone or return messages, they were condescending during the appointment and refuse to refill any prescription after a month of daily Unreturned voicemails and requests. I have spoken with her assistant every few days and am told “ I will let her know “ and nothing is ever refilled. Completely unprofessional and shady.

Do not go here! Firstly, I waited 2 hours to be seen by a doctor. I did blood work as a part of my regular check up. It’s been 3 months since my visit with doctor Ana Romeo she has yet to call me and tell me my results, even after I have called and left numerous messages. This may be the most incompetent and unprofessional medical office in the city. Absolute disgrace.
