I had a sleep study at the sleep diagnostic center July 31, 24. The staff Rhonda and Tony I had the pleasure to meet were great! They were professional and attentive. They always knocked before entering and always answered my questions.I am a person who likes my privacy and the rooms were private with very comfortable beds and pillows. I recommend this facility for anyone who is prescribed a sleep study. It was a very positive experience.

The office for my procedure was filthy band aids on the floor medical cabinet was cleaned with a dirty towel floor needed cleaning. Chair for surgery gave me shock when the doctor was using her electrical equipment the table was filthy the base was full of dirt. Nice facility but filthy! Clean your act up.

I had a very positive experience at this office. I mistakenly came in the day after my scheduled appointment with Dr. Kimura, but office personnel were able to get me in to see Frances Brown. I found her to be easy to talk to and she had good knowledge about my diagnosis.

After a disappointing month of trying to find a pcp, I was able to get in with the nurse practitioner Sarah S. through the urgent care side of things. I had a great experience and will be establishing with her as my primary care provider.
Office staff: amazing, first clinic I called where staff was friendly, professional, and actually supportive/accommodating. I had a brief hold during which the receptionist checked in twice to let me know she was still with me.
Nurse: professional, competent, relayed concerns for visit completely, also friendly and accommodating
NP: professional, listened, assessed, included me in next step planning, advocated for me, and ordered testing. Also very reassuring and let me know they would see me through no matter what the results showed.

Couldn’t ask for more.

Very rude service at front desk. Operators very rude and hang up often. Unprofessional environment, inappropriate behavior and very disturbing. Most awful experience ever! Call wait times are too lengthy and everyone I have encountered was very rude and seemed if I were a bother! I don't recommend anyone to go to the "Revolving Staff and Providers" at the Medical Center Clinic.

We took an entire family of 4 out of the medical center clinic. We had been using multiple specialties, ent, dermatology, and ophthalmology. We were there for 7 years before we had to use ophthalmology, and once we did, our relations with all specialties had to end. The unprofessionalism of the ophthalmology department is what drove us out. The ophthalmology receptionists and office manager lack customer relations skills. This office operates very defensively when you have questions or concerns. Often, When you call, no one picks up or they pick up and hang up. Yes, they are hanging up on you! You are greeted at the circulation desk with a flat affect and you may be unsure if you should even approach them. Dr. Mclaughlin could afford to cut down on his arrogant and patronizing undertones when answering questions and express a little more sensitivity towards patients that are scared. If you try this place, and get a negative energy, chances are its going to wrap around your entire experience. Unprofessionalism, greed, money, and liability fears envelope this department. In my opinion, this entire department needs culture and sensitivity training, including the physicians if they want to rebuild the overall image of this clinic. This review in its entirety reflects my honest opinion of my experience.
