This clown driving in a non emergent situation almost ran me and my family off the road. I'm super irritated by the situation because it was a non emergent situation and the gentleman was on their phone, And I assume they were getting ready to get off so as he was getting ready to hit my right finger because he was on the phone not paying attention, I was forced in the merging lane by this reckless driver. Key Note brothers.... you can save 1000 lives and disregard the last one because you're ready to end shift.., AND just my opinion as a 20 year Army SGT that never stopped because I was tired .....ima consider your actions reckless. Be Safe and Keep your Head up. #SameTeam

I just witnessed a Medstar ambulance, unit 024, speed up to run a red light at the intersection of Spring Hill Drive and Infirmary Drive in Mobile. To be clear, this was NOT an emergency, their lights were NOT on, they did it just because. The light was fully red for at least 2 seconds when they flew through the intersection. Extremely negligent and dangerous driving. August 8, 2024.

If this is the wrong Medstar, I will gladly take it down. My daughters and I were in a car accident Friday night in Bay Minette caused by a gentleman driving in the wrong direction on the highway. If that’s not traumatic enough, my 14 year old daughter was treated terribly by the lady medic that was working our scene. Treated poorly, and never checked for injuries. Witnesses also commented on how rude she was to my daughter. My name is public, so I’m sure you can locate her name.

This Ambulance Service does not have a contract with BCBS of Alabama (State Employee’s Insurance). They are considered “out of network.” Since they were out of network, my bill was not the $118.68 it should have been if they had a contract—rather they billed me for 1,232.87!!!!!!!!!!’nn

The unprofessional paramedic was VERY RUDE! My grandson had a seizure and needed to be transported to Pensacola.
This guy threw a fit and botched because is was time for him to go home.

We appreciate the quick response and courtesy of the summerdale paramedics. They were quick to act and even took the time to check on my pawpaw after he was admitted to the hospital. They ensured his safety and well-being.

Horrible service they Park the ambulance a half a block away so I rolled down the street and unbelievable pain I felt every bump that went over. What's in the ambulance I requested ice the guy took his time wrapping it so it wouldn't burn me supposedly but I had clothes I needed it now not good you didn't talk to me he didn't have that pot before he got me in there that should have been immediate

It is the local ambulance company. Not a store or bar .It's the ambulance company for Baldwin county
