Check-in process was painfully long and repetitive. I came in two weeks earlier to proactively fillout new patient paperwork, scan insurance cards and my ID before my appointment.
I was called and told I didn't fill out one of the forms correctly (even though the receptionist reviewed them while I was there) and need to come back. It's an hour drive to the clinic so I had to reschedule my original appointment until I had the form filled out.
When I checked in they asked for my insurance cards and ID to be scanned into the system, so evidently the proactive visit was a complete waste of time.
To add insult to injury, the doctor was late to a 9AM appointment (if he's late that early in the day, I'm glad I didn't have a 4PM appointment) and seemed distracted, ill prepared, or both. Then I found out I had to drive to the hospital in order to have blood drawn for my annual lab work.

I have never had a bad experience! I have had to change Dr's several times, they have always given me a choice of which Dr I wanted to try and every one has been great!!

Staff friendly and helpful. The pre-visit was completed using mychart and the appointment was confirmed using same app. I was in the office for 40 minutes including taking vitals by nurse. I can't emphasize enough the overall improvement from previous management to new management and apprecite the change. Kudos.

I LOVE my PCP, Nicole Pashek. She is a 5-star provider. She is a thorough provider and a thoroughly lovely person.

The front desk staff are friendly and efficient.

The only reason I'm not giving the review 5 stars is that there was an issue of confidentiality a few years ago. Specifically, it was an issue of confidentiality on an inter-provider level. I don't care if the providers work within the same practice, they have no right to share your information with anyone to whom you have not given express permission. This happened to me and if I could prove it, I would've sued them, as I believe it indirectly contributed to the death of someone close to me (yes, I realize how this sounds, but if you heard my story you would understand). I only bring this up to encourage anyone who reads my review to be an active participant in, and an advocate for, your own health care. Read and understand your patient rights, and really know that they are, in fact, rights. They are not suggestions, or privileges. They are rights. Too many people roll over for the person in the white coat, feeling they are powerless under this person or that they have no recourse. Don't let an ego in a white coat walk all over you.

Brittany Fallon, my PCP, is excellent. She tracks all the divergent lab reports from all my doctors and makes sure nothing gets missed. She and I are a team for my healthcare decisions. I would recommend Brittany to anyone.

I was able to get in for a same day appointment for an acute issue. I saw Dr Flath who was attentive, knowledgeable and kind. Her medical assistant was thorough and very pleasant. The front desk staff was great too. It was a good experience all around!

I have had a very positive experience with Dr. Laura Flath since she became my Primary (after Nicole Pashek left her in-office practice to focus on “outside office” patients during Covid. I had no negative experiences with her as well.). I find Laura to be thorough, will stay with an issue until successful (checks all the boxes). She is also kind, thoughtful and a good listener. I am pleased and satisfied with Laura and I don’t hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.
Her assistant, Megan, is also efficient and pleasant.

Went in for follow up with Dr but more importantly had been in severe back pain, running a fever just very unwell. Was sent to lab at hospital and told other tests would be ordered. That was on 17th. Today is 19th test results have been available since yesterday- I have heard nothing from the dr. I feel as bad today as I did when I went in, expected a phone call at minimum. Nothing- checked for updates on my chart, nothing- Maybe I’m expecting too much but I was hoping there would be something that would explain why I feel so crappy and a start of a treatment. Something- at least a phone call to update what was in my tests- if I don’t hear anything by noon I’ll just go to a hospital ER where they can explain test results -
