had an excellent experience at the Upper East Side location. I went in for tattoo removal and laser hair removal with Cinaya, and she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease right from the start. She explained the process thoroughly, answered all my questions, and customized the treatments to suit my skin type and needs. The results have been fantastic so far, and I really appreciated how attentive and detail-oriented she was. I’ve been seeing Amanda for years and she is always gentle and thorough. Her energy is always positive and she always reminds me of the importance of after care. Amanda loves what she does and it is the reason I continue to come back because she actually cares about the results her clients are seeing. She has extensive knowledge on the lasers to use for ALL skin tones, which is extremely important especially for darker skin tones. If you are debating laser hair removal, I recommend you consult with Amanda and she’ll be happy to answer all of your questions before and throughout the session.

I got a hydrafacial from Tatianna last week, and my skin looks and feels so tight. My pores are noticeably smaller. She was so gentle yet effective.
