Horrible customer service- and after reading other reviews, it looks like I'm not the only one to experience this. Billing is a mess, but the major problem was my experience in the office. The office manager first tried to whisper with the other staff about how I must not have paid (which I have been), then shouted at me, laughed at me, and told me I was lying. I would recommend you take your business literally anywhere else. I have contacted the main office, as she told me to do after she gave me her name and laughed in my face.
