La Grande Family Medicine is such a wonderful practice. There is a great variety of amazing providers that truly care about their patients. I became a patient at this practice a couple years ago. It has been best patient care I have ever received. I was truly made to feel like I mattered as a patient and my thoughts and concerns were always heard and taken seriously. I later became an employee, and it was such an amazing work environment. Definitely the best job I have ever had. Every single person who works at this clinic is very dedicated to their job and providing the best patient care possible. They truly make patients a priority and it shows! I was so blessed to be able to be a part of La Grande Family Medicine as both a patient and an employee. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for the best quality care in the valley!

The staff at front desk are always so nice. Dr. Thomas is an amazing doctor she listens and she really cares about her patients.
I would recommend her to my friends and family. And she never rushes she always makes sure I have no more questions before leaving the room.

The front desk gals are so friendly and so nice! My doc is exceptional!! I’ve used the urgent care several times and it’s so easy and quick. They have the lab right there so it’s a one stop shop!
The only negative thing I can say, I really don’t like the waiting room. There is barely space between the counter and the seats. It’s not inviting or comfortable at all. I’d like to see people sitting along the wall and closer to the lab rather than right in front of the 3 windows.
BUT the customer service, respect and all around medical care is 100%

The front staff are incredibly helpful and understand how to make you feel heard and important. Bonnie Dittmann is the only provider I have ever fully trusted, she makes me feel heard/understood, and is focused on supporting you to being the healthiest person you can be. She is not going to shame you or make you feel poorly about a condition but instead puts energy into finding a solution that includes your input! I will recommend this practice to anyone looking for a solid medical provider and an amazing front staff that brightens your day, even after 9 years of being a patient.

All of the staff and providers have been 100% amazing. I am listened to, spoken to with great care, respect and compassion. I have been so happy being a part of this facility vs GRH, where I had 5 different PCP’s in 4 years. Dr. Bryan Conklin and his staff are always there for me. I’m so blessed receive such quality care.

Cami FNP is phenomenal, but the front desk staff are rude, unprofessional, and have an attitude of the patient needs are far lower than theirs. Left on hold for over 5 min not given an apology, and horrible attitude...hopefully, their office manager addresses this issue directly and soon, hence this review....I usually don't review medical/health because I myself, (for years) still haven't retired my license...( I'm so disappointed, to say the least how we've allowed our medical care to decline) and haven't taken an active roll in leaving reviews concerning health and medical businesses and staff. However, being a true advocate (as we in the medical field are supposed to be, and truly care for patients needs FIRST) absolutely should be first and foremost. This was my experience not once, nor twice, and again not three times....this was the 4th unprofessional and rude experience I've recently had. I felt finally, the need to let others know. I hope they read their reviews, and take them to heart. Thank you for allowing me to post a review.

Bonnie is a fantastic doctor. Has been our doctor for many years. Coral at the front counter is outstanding. Always a joy to see her when we come in.
