I was asked by my doctor to get a CPAP. These folks were great! I was apprehensive but they made me feel at ease and walked me through every step of the process. Christina was super helpful and explained things so it wasn't so weird to me. I know so many people that have CPAP machines but this was a first for me. I would recommend folks to go there if they need this kind of help.

We was into Jackson medical several times in the last few weeks. We have worked with the lady that is straight inside the Boone office. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name but she has just been so excellent to work with. She has helped us in every way she can and has got the few problems taken care of for us. Just want to give her a great shout out for how great of a job she does. Thanks again and I sure wished I remembered her name.

I am very pleased to have them deliver my oxygen. Always kind and a smile. They make sure their clients come first. When I was leaving the hospital,they were there in a timely manner,so I had oxygen to go home with. I really appreciate their support.
