I always have such a wonderful experience at It’s a Secret! Alisha is the most kind and patient injector. She really took the time to understand my goals and left me feeling comfortable with every treatment. I was left overfilled from a previous injector at another place. Alisha totally kept me at ease dissolving the old filler and retreated me with products that better suited me. She does an amazing job at giving you very natural results. I keep coming back to Alisha she is such a trusted and talented injector!

I have had the best experience with nurse Alisha in Dallas!!! She delivers the most professional care and is a true master of her craft. I'm getting married this year and I've been so nervous to try any services because I don't want to look crazy like I have seen on others, but I really wanted to feel my best on my wedding day. She was so patient with me and listened to my concerns and provided a plan for us leading to my wedding date. I initially came requesting several services but she took the time to explain why I was not the best fit for some treatments and I could really tell she was not trying to "sell" me on anything. I really am so impressed and I will continue to be a patient for life.
