Very nice park! Lots of playthings for the kids. Astroturf ground. It would be nice to have canopies over it! Midday it all becomes soooo hot it was burning all the kids - our great grands and 2 other families that were there. There is a covered eating area and a vending machine with gatorade; water and snacks.

Decent little park. There isn't a lot there but it serves a small community.

Great playground equipment. Kiddo had fun!

Nice shelter. Bathrooms are nice, has stalls for more than one person. Soccer field was closed? Trail looked good but we only played on the play ground.

Tons of people there and the water fountians were bot working.

This park is one of the nicest parks I've been to and I go to a lot of parks. Like a lot of them. One a scale of one to ten on how many parks the normal person goes to I'm at least an 8. Probably every other day I go to a park. Sometimes during the day but evening park time is the best. These parks usually all have a slide or some sort of climbing thing. Needless to say I like parks and it's mostly for my son but I enjoy parks too. Even if it's just a small one, parks are pretty cool. I once saw a huge park and I sat back and said to myself, "wow, this is a big park". I'd say this one is probably medium on size. I bet like 50 kids would be the max for this one. Astroturf was a nice touch and they had a spinny thing I haven't seen before. Just hope general Ormsby wasn't a questionable dude when he was alive so they don't try to cancel this place.

The kids love it. But there are a few issues with trio hazards (rip/tears in the turf.
Also the main attraction The spinning (marry go round) something is rubbing inside it causing a clearance issue bringing it to a stop each rotation and a few screws loose....

The park is so beautiful during the fall. We socially distanced and sat under trees while the kids played on the playground. We watched a dad explain baseball to his toddler sons down on the baseball field. There was a lot of room for our family to throw the frisbee, search for leaves, play, and get some fresh air. We had a really nice day!
