Starting at the door was very happy and gay. So nice and helpful check in was quick. The examine was great. I dudidn't have to wait but a few minutes. The room they put me in was so cheerful. I loved that they made it feel so homey.It was great and made my day 💕 ❤️. So much better than plane and dull. It was something that was worth telling to my family and friends. I will always remember that little room as if they had made it up just for me. MADE me feel special for the little time I was there and for the rest of my day. I Thanked them all for making an uncomfortable time not to feel so bad after all. When your smiling you work through the pain a lot better. It helped ease it knowing you were going to be sore for the next few days anyway. I had a great rest of my day .I couldn't wait to call someone and tell what a nice experience I had. I told everyone 💖❣️💕😍💓 Now that's 5 stars 🌟 in my book. Thank you Ladies for the best pick me up and everyone involved.

By far the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hospital. Brittany in the ICU is the most caring nurse I have ever met. She always was honest, thoughtful, and ensured we felt informed. We are not local so coming from out of town to a scary situation is never easy but Brittany and Frankfort Regional Medical Center helped tremendously. Keep up the great work and thank you for all you do!

The medical staff handling my husband's procedure was seriously amazing! So welcoming, so friendly, unlike anything we have experienced in the recent years. Frankfort Regional Medical Center truly values the care of their patients and it shows! Thanks to all involved!

I received excellent care at the ER recently. I was taken back immediately. All of the staff were caring and friendly. Everyone took their time explaining everything and got me on the path to healing.

The medical staff was awesome in the emergency, the best! I spent a quite awhile waiting but it was well worth the wait! Travis was awesome! The others were wonderful, doctor & nurses were all fantastic! Lisa was the intake specialist for receiving medical information, she was wonderful & quite helpful woman! Thank you to all the medical staff that worked after 11 pm till 7:30 am on February 6, 2025. I have been there on other times late during these times all many staff there is wonderful.

I was able to get signed in very quickly and my tests were done very quickly. Most of all, the staff were very professional, kind, positive, and informative especially when I was told I needed biopsies. This was one of the best woman's health visit I've had at this hospital; I've been going to get mammograms and ultrasounds at this hospital for over 22 years.

They are always so nice and efficient. There for a DXA scan this time. Awesome place. I also want to add I was in the ER back in Aug(blood clot), nurses, doctors, staff were exceptional
