I'm lucky to meet Dr. Kim Jeong won internal medicine in my life. She is so humble and a very good doctor. I'm grateful for she ease of mind and sincerity toward the patient. The staff are also professional and kind, so I feel happy whenever I visit office. She’s the best

Quality of office management has declined over the years. Yes, they overcharge you, and yes, front desk staff are incompetent. Inefficient office that never picks up their phone. Staff are rude plus does not call back for blood test results. Seems like we have to have constantly follow up on results when it should be the other way around. The office is not what it used to be a few years ago.

Staff is beyond rude and clearly takes advantage of elderly patients. They charge $80 and dont efficiently explain why they're doing so, when they just need to charge the co-pay. They then charge you AGAIN for the follow up call. The young girl with glasses at the front desk is so inept and she sent the meds to the incorrect pharmacy, after she confirmed the correct one with me. The Dr herself only sees you for 5 minutes max, and is in such a huge rush to move onto the next patient. I will NEVER be coming back here.

I recently moved to Fort Lee due to be closer to my new job. I’ve been looking for a PCP without a super long waiting list for MONTHS. I reached out to Fort Lee Medical because they were close to my apartment as I don’t currently have a vehicle (I was living in NYC so never needed one). It was 90 degrees outside so I was wearing breathable gym clothes.
When I showed up to my appointment, the woman at the front desk said I was in the wrong place. This same woman called me to confirm the appointment the day prior. THE SAME WOMAN. She never even asked me for my name to check in her system. I showed her my notes app that read the exact address and office we were standing in.
Of course I thought maybe it was some weird coincidence and that there might be another internal medicine clinic nearby. So I called the office phone. THE SAME WOMAN ANSWERED. She knew what she had done, and said I could come back to the office. As though I would trust a doctor who would hire someone like that.

BACKGROUND: I live in a predominately Asian community, and I am black. She does NOT represent the community, but needless to say, if you are not of the community, you should avoid this doctor’s office in particular.

*I asked her why she never asked for my name, and she had no answer. I proceeded to tell her I would find a different doctor’s office.

This was the best medical center I have ever been. They were super informative and kind. All stuff were so helpful and Doctor Kim was very wise about my case, also very good person. I have visited them when I am around on December. I was kind of in a hurry and they were so fast. They run all the tests and gave me vaccination direction and I got my results before my deadline. I wish I lived in NJ and went them regularly. May be one day. Or may be I can visit you in Antalya 🙂 Thank you all for all your help and kindness.

I definitely recommend them.

전화받는분이 너무rude하네요.예약많다고 다른병원가라하네요.4일동안 전화해서 메세지를 남겨도 call back도 없더니 겨우4일째 연락되서 한다는 말씀이 다른곳 알아보는게 낫지않겠냐는 말이 ....어의가 없어서요. 리뷰가 너무 좋아서 방문하려고 했는데 믿을께 못되네요.
