I went to Urgent Care last Thursday, because I didn't want to have to wait for an appointment with my doctor, since I was sick. It was a very short wait to be taken back. The doctor was very knowledgeable. She listened to me describe my symptoms, then examined me to find I did have an infection in my sinuses, and a wheezing in my lungs. She prescribed me 2 medications, and told me to come back if I am not better by the time the medicine is gone. I was in and out quickly. I highly recommend Middlesboro Urgent Care without reservation!

I registered online, did all my new patient paperwork online. I got to the office about 15 min early and only waited about 10 min to be taken back. The provider is saw was very compassionate and knowledgeable. The entire visit took less than an hour. They answered all my questions, helped me with the illness I was suffering from, and did so in a friendly, warm, and caring environment.

I had to get on here and say how wonderful each person was here at this clinic. I am not a doctor/medicine kind of person, and thankfully I haven’t had to be. But I had never been this sick before! I got good care while I was there but they need to consider those without insurance. 150 for a simple visit is insane. There's no sliding fee for low income people. I had to borrow money from family just to get seen
