Left one review bc I could not leave 0 . They scheduled an appointment called same day to verify I’m coming to the appointment then I get there and they say they don’t accept my insurance. A waste of leaving work & time

Wow, oh WOW! GREATEST optometrist I've ever been to. Extraordinary staff, Dr French is thorough and straight to the point. The lady who helped me with my glasses, was honest and VERY helpful. "These look good on you. These are not beneficial to the contour of your face." Straight up pricing. She found me some frames I LOVE and they were in the price range, where my insurance would cover them. I can't say enough great things about this place. Thank you! Thank you! THANK YOU!!!

Total scam. I have two different vision insurance policies and the doctor still charged a $75 fee for a “contact fit” charge. If I didn’t absolutely need contacts since I ran out of my year supply I would’ve walked out. Office also charged my insurance for eye exam, so in total I paid $240 to be seen and contact lenses at this office (out of pocked), even though my insurance covers $130 for the contacts and a yearly eye exam. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! The doctor was nice but go somewhere else for your money so you don’t get screwed, I will be going somewhere different next time!

Had to call 3 times for them to tell me something they said they tried calling over the first day of my exam. Tey didn't bother telling me until 2 weeks after the fact that my insurance doesn't cover new glasses until next year.
During my appointment they looked as if they themselves didn't know what to do necessarily either as this was my first time being here.
Only good thing about my trip here was barely any wait.... But who would wanna go here when the receptionist people act like they don't know what they're doing and the actual doctor himself was EHHHHHH to me. I've had better experience from Walmart optometry!

Absolutely beyond disappointed. I ordered my glasses on 2/2 and they said it’d be 10-14 days before they came in. I didn’t get them until a month and a half later. I called multiple times and was told the first time that my glasses were on back order. The second time I was told they were made incorrectly. The third time I was told I’d get a call back and never did. Today I finally got a text that they were done, picked them up, and realized they are bifocals instead of progressives. I called to ask why this happened and was told my insurance wouldn’t pay for progressives. No one called me, no one asked my opinion, no one updated me about anything. I don’t know if they just assumed I’d just deal with it because I’m on wellcare, but this whole situation is so unprofessional.

I would have given all the stars, however the assistant who took us back was so condescending it almost hurt my feelings...I don't appreciate being talked down to. One "better than" attitude don't spoil the whole bunch. I will continue to go there, normally everyone's very pleasant.

Never gotten my eyes checked so I was a little nervous. The eye doctor was super nice. All the ladies inside were very nice and helpful. Also have a nice selection of frames.

Wife has been twice she still cannot see using her glasses, she has to hold them away from her face to see or read. Went back and she was told well that's your prescription. No retesting or anything.
