The blonde lady has always been so pleasant and kind. I pulled in today and the other lady is just rude!! This is the second time I’ve encountered her. Both times I hand her the credit card and tell her it has to be run inside not at the pump. She insists on trying at the pump anyways. It doesn’t work and she storms away to run the card. They take it out on my car slamming the nozzle into the tank. Slams the door shut even it’s done. No thank you, no do you want a receipt buddy storms off

Very horrible service, I went to get gas I asked for $30.00 regular but the lady put 3
$40.00 instead. She was very rough with my capless gas tank that she broke the nose of my gas tank, and when I confronted her and asked her for her bosses name and number and also asked her for her name she walked away and said she didn’t cause the damage but she clearly did. My gas tank was totally fine before going to this Exxon. I called the police and made a damage report. She wasn’t cooperative with the police officer, gave him a hard time and kept walking away from him until he raised his voice. She finally called her boss on her phone and the police spoke with Him. I give this place zero stars. Terrible customer service

They need new gas attendants. The two ladies there are ALWAYS on their phones while pumping your gas. They barley acknowledge your presence you say thank you and they continue on with their phone call….no hello no goodbye no how are you or your welcome. shouldn’t be on your phone while pumping gas to begin with very dangerous! How these people still have jobs is beyond me. Get off your phones!

Went today for gas around 12:30. The blonde attendant was sleeping! I get being tired but you’re there to work. You should not be sleeping. Waited 5 mins to make sure she wasn’t on her phone. Definitely asleep. Usually have no issues when the other woman is working.
