A sporting goods store, that sells firearms needs more than one person that can sell them. I've always had good dealings with the gentleman in firearms.. But, I went to buy a rifle, and he had left sick. I completely understand that part, but the manager finally came to the firearms counter. She said she could let me look at the rifle, but couldn't sell it.. If you are going to be the manager, you should be able to do everything in that business! The biggest problem I had was with the checkout lady. She was already mad at the world, when I went to check out. I wanted to purchase a brick or .22lr, and some. 556. She rudely told me, she needed to see my ID. Then she tried to get smart... I did, then left. However, she didn't know that I was with my buddy, that was next in line. As soon as I left, she started running her mouth.. Thankfully he put her in her place... I've never had problems here before, but you need to train your employees better! You need our business, not the other way around..... BTW, I went to Rural King and bought the same rifle. It was $20. More, but I still ended up with what I wanted, and ammo.

Not a local but this place is awesome. Good selection of firearms for a chain store. Plenty of backpacks, clothing, and gear too. Most well stocked sporting goods place I've seen when it comes to firearm selection. And for some reason Google never listed them as a firearm store when I searched for one last year.

Huge selection, huge price tags. This place is a great place to check out something you've been looking for in person but unless you have to have it right then go order from someplace else.

A couple of days ago was my second & final visit where I walked in the store to see at least 8 different associates & nobody even nodded a head to my existence. Was going to make a firearms purchase, however was unable to do so because "nobody in the store at that time can sell them". Wow. I do have ONE positive to say; the young man putting up merchandise in the back by the firearms was very polite. Thank You Young Man.

Went in there today 7/23/22. Going to purchase a kayak. Found the one we wanted but it was missing a handle. Asked an associate for help. She called for help. Manager came to the kayak’s walked around never spoke to us while we’re standing with the kayak we wanted on the floor beside us. Seemed to be looking for what we was missing then another customer came and ask about something and the manager walked off and started helping them. So I was very upset and had some other things I was gonna purchase as well. So I just put it all down and walked out. Customer service sucks!!

Printed receipt policy states in-store credit for returns over 60 days, but store would not honor it. Reached out to local manager and then corporate with NO response. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! THE COMPANY DOES NOT FOLLOW POLICY AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
