Comfort Heating and Air replaced my whole system and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone I dealt with in the company was as nice as could be. The techs that installed my new system, Logen and Riley, were as professional and knowledgeable about their trade as they could be. I asked many questions and they taught me a lot about my new system and everything they installed was done the right way and they put a lot of effort into my family’s home not taking a single short cut and I’m thankful. They even installed a drain pump and cleaned out my drain lines without even being asked. Comfort heating and Air will be the only company I’ll ever trust to take care of our home!

A technician was at my house 90 minutes after I called to report a problem with my system. He quickly addressed the issue so that there was immediate improvement and suggested a more permanent fix for me to consider. He was professional and personable. I will have no hesitation calling Comfort Air for any future HVAC needs.

We experienced a leak from work completed by this company in 2023 and had significant water damage to drywall, floor and cabinets. The leak was repaired, but a follow up with repairing the damage or compensation for the error on their part was never completed.
I contacted the company this year for a check up and asked for the service to be waived due to no follow up last year. No one called me back after going up the chain. I spoke with the tech last evening and he said they could not bill me. I own the home and live out of state, but my senior parents live in the home and they paid the fee.

Not to mention the telemarketing calls received multiple times throughout the day.

Very unhappy with service and now we know...it's time to take our business elsewhere!

At first I thought the diagnostic fee was a little pricey but after our technician Alex Huff looked it over thoroughly. He was able to fix the heat quickly but the ac compressor was bad. But at least he got heat back for my family. A big thank you to Alex Huff for the great professional and quality work.

Everything about today's service call exceeded my expectations. Taylor the service tech took such good care of us. He demonstrated timeliness, professionalism and such a willingness to help me better understand how my system works and how to care for it. Not to mention the fact that he made fast work of getting my 8 yr old system back up and running without any outrageous costs! I truly couldn't be happier and at this point I just hope the powers that be over at Comfort Heating and Air recognize the All Star they have on their team! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
