I came here with my family. The attention was very nice. The owners approached me and they was very nice. I see a lot of bad comments regarding Covid testing but we have to realize that at that moment it was a very bad time. Almost everyone was getting tested and no lab was prepared for so many testing. As my experience this lab testing was done quicker than other labs. We all have our own opinions, mine is this lab is good.

Beware! My family went to our local pharmacy to take the Covid test in December. We were asked to register online with this lab. We trusted the pharmacy but didn’t know anything about the lab. We proceeded to register, did a swab test at the pharmacy and waited and waited. No results which we were told would happen 24-48 hrs. Today I received notice from our insurance company they charged $350 per test! Ask what lab your pharmacy is working with before testing.

WOW! This lab is awesome! I went to get blood work and the wait time was nothing compare to other labs. The turn around time was not even a week wait. The people working there are very sweet and friendly. Especially this lady name Tina, very kind and considerate. I will keep going there. I highly recommend this lab.

PCR results completely unreliable. Wife tested pre-op and shockingly got a positive. She has no exposure to anything. Went back and tested her again, me and my son too. She got negative this time. I was emailed a positive! Then an hour later I was emailed a second time saying Negative!!! How does the same sample get 2 different final results All went to CVS and got negatives processed through Quest. I have far more confidence in Quest. Terrible unwarranted scare. Stay away from Clinical for COVID testing. Zero stars!!

DO NOT USE THIS LAB IF TESTING FOR COVID!!
I'd give zero stars if I could. My husband started feeling symptoms of a cold Monday 6/13. Tuesday I woke up with a sore throat. Wednesday 6/15, I took an at home test that came out negative. I started feeling worse with all over body aches as the day went on. 5:00 pm that evening, I took 2 more at home tests, 1 brand being same as the morning test, and the other a different brand. Both came out positive. My husband then tested, and he came out positive. We went to our local pharmacy whom we do all our business with, they said we have to sign up online with this place to have the PCR done, to determine if we can get the medicine. Signed up right there, did the test and dropped it in the box. 4:30 am on Thursday 6/16, we received our results. Both came back negative. We made appointments with Quest for that morning and also saw our doctor who tested us there in office. Both were positive at the doctors office, and I just opened my email from Quest this morning, Friday 6/17 and the test is positive. A big FU to this company, and I'm really disappointed in my pharmacy for doing business with them.

Impossible to reach by the phone, I probably called close to 200 times over a span of 3 days and got through once.

I had to push back our flight back to Canada as our PCR test results never came. We just received ONE of our test results back (18 DAYS LATER) after the fact =completely useless.

Needless to say, go elsewhere! I got our test done at Sears in Livingston, NJ and had the results back in less than 48 hours.
