Friendly staff. Decent vibes. It's like a slightly classier hometown bar, with many regular locals that still frequent this place after many years.
It does clear out early, so if you want a slightly quieter place, this place might be for you in their later hours.

This is an excellent liquor store. Not only for its wide selection of local bourbon and other spirits, but also the fact that it is an inside consumption business. The knowledge staff can guide you to a selection, and even give you a sample of many of the items. The bar is very nice and welcoming and there is a comfortable seating area for a more private “get together.” Unfortunately no snack are available, but stop in for a relaxing drink, and/or take a bottle home.

Capital Cellars is one of my favorite spots in Frankfort! The new owners are making some amazing changes and the place just keeps getting better! Great selection of wine and bourbon, with a friendly staff there to answer any questions. Definitely check this spot out if you're in the area!!

One of my favorite things about Capital Cellars is being able to build your own flight. I like to come here and receive guidance on trying rare spirits I will never find anywhere else. An extra bonus is being able to also choose how heavy or light I want my wallet to be after the flight.

The food menu and booze to take home selection is pretty nice too!

LOVE this place!! Great selection, awesome staff, great food, and they share their much needed bathrooms during downtown events!! This recommendation of theirs was a hit! Bubbly lusciousness from the local Equus Run Vineyards!

This is a great little bottle shop that has a small bar in the back with some unique things to try. We grabbed a couple of cocktails and I had no complaints from the bartender, she did an awesome job considering how crowded it was! We will definitely return on our next trip to Frankfort!

This is the best kept secret in Frankfort. So many locals that are willing to chat while you sip. Large selection and bartenders know their liquor! It was a 5.0! Gotta stop in. From IN.
