Outsourcing the first person a potential patient talks to is a very poor business decision, especially in the medical field. Called to possibly get a second opinion on a torn UCL and to no fault of her own the only answer to questions I had was when an available appointment could be. Zero help, do better Beacon. I can only imagine what other corners are cut to save a dollar.

Dr Justin. Kruer is the best !! He is very kind and upbeat. He listens and answers your questions. He told me that I needed to try injections. My problem we addressed was constant and chronic pain in my lower spine. The injections gave me the first relief I've had in 20 yrs. I would highly recommend him!! His assistant Melissa is very nice and helpful as well. I have no complaints about any of the staff that I have dealt with. They are all very kind and helpful.

Dr. kruse did a series of injections. I have not had this much relief in years without a lot of pain meds. So grateful have had in past by Dr. Simone’s in blue ash but never had relief like this. Thumbs up to the staff at Ft. Thomas so friendly

The staff at the Fort Thomas location is wonderful. They are always accommodating, friendly, and keep the office running on schedule. I see Dr Kruer and he’s been an amazing doctor to work with. After having a not so great experience at OrthoCincy I was nervous about starting over with a new doctor but it’s been a breeze. Dr Kruer listens to my concerns and works with me on a plan to get to feeling back to my best self. Would highly recommend him!

My whole 2 day experience from this week with 2 doctors working at the Beacon Ft. Thomas Emergency Walk-In clinic and after reviewing my X-rays, his referral to see his colleague Dr. Petit the next morning, along with the 2 Medical / X Ray Techs and Front Desk Office Staff’s both days, were all fabulous even under the less than pleasant reason for needing services. Can’t say enough, While exhibiting professional and knowledgeable major top expertise in their fields, they didn’t forget how far the human compassion, empathy and respect goes towards helping the patient who has been thrown off kilter of their previously health before coming to them, they realize all of these things helps in making both the mental and physical adjustment towards working towards positive outcomes for healing. Loved how both doctors spent the time to show, explain and included my past and current history and my input to move forward in my care. I was so comfortable talking with them, felt like I was encouraged in the sharing of my observation and neither assumed they knew me as just a text book diagnosis to follow the norms. Both doctors saw me as an individual!And again, can’t say enough about the rest of the staff, so amazing at knowing their stuff and very amicable while doing it! So, glad to have found this new branch of Beacon in Ft. Thomas area and these doctors and staff!

Dr. Pettit is fantastic. He is thorough, honest, friendly, and cares about his patients. Everyone at Beacon fort Thomas has been fantastic from their doctors and physical therapists to their office staff. I highly recommend them!!!

Cannot speak highly enough on Dr. Pettit. I had a terrible knee injury with 5+ torn ligaments and he would always talk through the whole process and explain it very well so it was easy to understand. 11 months later I feel completely normal again with no issues or knee pain all thanks to him.
