It was my first time going to Balance Aesthetics. I had heard good things about them. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Janie. During the consultation, Janie put me at ease immediately because she was well versed and I knew she was experienced. She did a procedure called IPL. Next I met Dr. Bobby and he did a erbium laser treatment for me. He talked me through the whole procedure which also kept me feeling comfortable. I couldn’t help but notice how clean everything was. I can honestly say my sunspots and pores have been reduced and my skin looks fresh and smooth. I will definitely be back!

It's been one week since my Diamond Glow Facial with Janie and my face looks better than it has in years. I am a regular Tretinoin user, but never felt like it was creating significant change. After my Diamond Glow Facial, my skin feels clean and smooth. After the facial, I experienced very little, if any, redness. Over the next two days, I had very minimal peeling.
