First, some people in the comments talked about them not having a storefront. They don't, but you can call and ask if they have it in stock. If they do, you can pick it up.

I knew I was going to be buying a Seestar, but I wanted to grab it quickly for a report I'm going to be working on in school. I called super worried, because I saw they didn't have a store front. The guy told me I could pick it up and immediately put my name on it, because there was only one left. After our call, I left and went straight down to Norman. I got there. They let me in. He had already had the paperwork drawn up. I was in there for maybe 5 minutes. The gentlemen I met were so kind, too! Thankfully they didn't judge me for acting like a child who just walked into a candy store.

I'm terrible with names, so I can't remember the gentleman that helped me. He had a cane and was just one of the nicest people I've ever met. Thank you so much for being so quick and so helpful!

I've made two successful orders for astrophotography equipment and very happy with the communication and fast turn-around. The website is clean and has easy order tracking, history, and invoices. If I can't find it locally, this is my first stop for online purchasing.

P.S. They carry at least two counterweight models that fit the ZWO AM5 20mm shaft - the iOptron IEQ30 & ZEQ25 versions.

Excellent service. I ordered a high demand telescope that is backordered everywhere, quite literally (still unavailable other places). These folks were able to get it to me in a matter of three weeks rather than a few months, and it arrived a week before Christmas - perfect timing.

Even better, I found out they are based in my home town, literally blocks from the area of my childhood home and first apartment after marriage. Glad to know I was able to support a business that is local to my heart, if not my current location.

Happy to have this store right here in Oklahoma. They have a vast selection of products avaliable that has just grown over the almost 5 years as a customer. All my orders have had incredibly fast shipping. Needles to say I'll be a customer for many more years.

I've used astronomics for the 3rd time now, and I am very happy with them. Their order processing seems to take a little longer than some others, but once processed, their shipping is very fast which makes up for it.

These guys dropped the ball big time. I ordered a T-ring adapter on the 8th (Tuesday). Guy on the call went and grabbed it so it was in his hands. said it will not ship till the next day, ok that will give it time to get here before my trip (3days) mind you I am only 3 hrs away. Label was not created till the 9th and was not shipped till the 10th! screwd me! now the part I need will not arrive till after I am gone! The other issue is USPS. Three days for priority? UPS and FedEx both are one day delivery and that's not even expedited.

They will sell you whatever you want to pay for. I have bought a couple of telescopes and a few peripherals over the last 15 years, they are knowledgeable and willing to talk but with marginal patience and no sympathy for the cost of what they ask you to buy. If you do business with them online the user experience is way better. Their physical location is an office for their inventory, and when you walk in they give you a why-is-a-real-person-visiting-my-office-look my experience has been when you know what you want and are willing to pay, they are friendly and helpful. If you are trying to connect with an expert to figure out your options, they seem to prefer you do that on your own, online, not in their office, and not over their phone, but they are usually polite while you figure that out for yourself. The online communities are by far the better place to get that info anway. I've had a variety of different experiences when interacting in person here. You might not want to get your hopes up if you deal with them in person.
